On Friday afternoon, Spark I Acquisition Corporation (NASDAQ: SPKL) submitted its S-1 filing for a $100 million IPO, marking the second SPAC to file in July, but is currently the 16th to file in 2023 thus far. SparkLabs Group Management, which is the sponsor of this SPAC, has a diverse investment portfolio encompassing over 450 companies.
