Genesis Growth Tech Acquisition Corp. (GGAA) to Combine with NextTrip Holdings

Genesis Growth (NASDAQ:GGAA) has entered into a definitive agreement to combine with travel technology firm NextTrip. Sunrise, Florida-based NextTrip provides an ecommerce booking platform for air travel, accommodations and other leisure experiences.
