Mercato Partners (NASDAQ:MPRA) has entered into a definitive agreement to combine with software-as-a-service (SaaS) firm Nuvini at an enterprise value of $312 million. Sao-Paulo-based Nuvini is a leading acquirer of business software firms in Brazil, counting seven companies in its portfolio.
