Edify Acquisition Corp. (EAC) to Combine with Unique Logistics International

Edify Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ:EAC) has entered into a definitive agreement to combine with freight networking firm Unique Logistics (OTC:UNQL). New York-based Unique Logistics is a freight forwarding company specialized in helping companies outsource portions of their supply chains to them.
