Kingswood (KWAC) to Combine with Wentworth Management Services LLC

Kingswood (NYSE:KWAC) has entered into a definitive agreement to combine with broker-dealer aggregator Wentworth Management Services LLC at a pro forma enterprise value of $208 million. New York City-based Wentworth Management Services LLC specializes in consolidating independent broker-dealers to capture economies of scale needed.
