Peridot (PDAC) Shareholders Approve Li-Cycle Deal

Peridot  (NYSE:PDAC) shareholders have approved its combination with battery recycler Li-Cycle Corp. at a special meeting earlier today. The press release reported that only 11% of the total shares were redeemed and approximately 89% of funds will remain in PDAC’s trust account as of closing.
