HealthCor Catalio Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ:HCAQ) has entered into a definitive agreement to combine with medical equipment manufacturer Hyperfine, Inc. and medical technology company Liminal Sciences, Inc. at an enterprise value of $580 million, or 10.3x 2023E revenue.
