DiamondPeak Holdings Corp. (DPHC) Shareholders Approve Lordstown Deal

DiamondPeak Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ:DPHC) announced that it has secured shareholder approval for its business combination with electric vehicle (EV) company Lordstown in a vote October 22. This approval and other proposals relating to closing the agreement and setting the combined entity’s board passed overwhelmingly with no measure receiving dissenting votes that eclipsed 1% of the total.
