BOA Acquisition Corp. II (THEOU) Prices $125M IPO
BOA Acquisition Corp. II (NASDAQ:THEOU) announced the pricing of its $125 million IPO and its units are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol “THEOU” on Tuesday, August 4, 2026.
The new SPAC intends to focus its search on opportunities involving direct investments in real estate and infrastructure assets, particularly within the energy, telecommunications and transportation sectors.
BOA Acquisition Corp. II is to be led by Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer Benjamin A. Friedman alongside Chairman Brian D. Friedman. Dean Friedman, Jason Kahan, Jared Berlin, Jonathan Sassover, and Seth Schorr will serve on its Board of Directors.
Total SPAC deal count for 2026 year-to-date is now 136. This offering is expected to close on Wednesday, August 5, 2026.
D. Boral Capital LLC is acting as sole book-running manager for the offering. Paul Hastings LLP is serving as Issuer’s Counsel with Proskauer Rose LLP serving as Underwriter’s Counsel. Adeptus Partners LLC serves as auditor. Odyssey Transfer and Trust Company is acting as trustee.
