Abri SPAC I, Inc (ASPA) Closes DLQ Deal

Abri SPAC I, Inc. (Nasdaq: ASPA) has closed its combination with adtech firm DLQ after shareholders approved the deal at a special meeting held on October 23.

The combined company’s common stock, which will operate as “Collective Audience, Inc.”, is expected to start trading on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “CAUD” on November 3.

In connection to the meeting, Abri SPAC I saw a total of 99.26% of its trust redeemed, leaving it with approximately 42,185 public SPAC shares remaining and a little under $500,000 in trust post-vote.

Abri SPAC I inked the $114 million deal with DLQ in September 2022. DLQ is a wholly-owned subsidiary of New York-based digital marketing firm Logiq (OTCQX:LGIQ) focused on digital ad placements and e-commerce optimization.

Following the closing, the combined company will be led by Mr. Brent Suen and will be supported by a five-member board.
