Metals Acquisition Limited Ships First Copper Concentrate from CSA Copper Mine

Metals Acquisition Limited (NYSE: MTAL) announces that the first shipment of copper concentrate from the CSA Copper Mine has been shipped from the port of Newcastle, New South Wales. The concentrate shipment contained approximately 2,300 tonnes of copper and 28,000 ounces of silver.

Lordstown Motors files for bankruptcy, sues Foxconn

U.S. electric truck manufacturer Lordstown Motors (NASDAQ:RIDE) filed for bankruptcy protection on Tuesday and put itself up for sale after failing to resolve a dispute over a promised investment from Taiwan’s Foxconn.

Shares of Lordstown tumbled 35% in trading on the Nasdaq. The company’s bankruptcy is not the first among the crop of EV startups that went public during the pandemic-era SPAC boom.
