LDH Growth Corp I (NASDAQ: LDHA) announced today that it intends to liquidate and dissolve, effective as of the close of business on March 23, 2023, and will redeem all of the outstanding Class A ordinary shares.

The per-share redemption price for the Public Shares will be approximately $10.20.
