Lazard Growth Acquisition Corp. I (Nasdaq: LGAC) today announced that it will redeem all of its outstanding Class A ordinary shares, effective as of February 22, 2023.
Net of taxes and dissolution expenses, the per-share redemption price for the shares is expected to be approximately $10.19. The company anticipates that the shares will cease trading as of the close of business on February 21, 2023.
As of February 22, 2023, the shares will be deemed cancelled and will represent only the right to receive the Redemption Amount.
