AP Acquisition Corp. (APCA.U) Prices $150M IPO

AP Acquisition Corp. announced the pricing of its $150 million IPO and its units are expected to begin trading on the NYSE under the symbol “APCA.U” Friday, December 17.

The new SPAC focus on the de-carbonization / renewable energy sectors, with a particular focus in Japan /Asia (excluding Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau) and European markets, and complement the experience of our management team and its operational expertise. AP is led by Chairman Richard Lee Folsom, and CEO Keiichi Suzuki.

Total SPAC deal count for 2021 year-to-date is now 606. This offering is expected to close on Tuesday, December 21.
