Mana Capital Acquisition Corp. announced the pricing of its $62 million IPO and its units are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol “MAAQU” Tuesday, November 23.

The new SPAC intends to focus its search on target businesses operating in North America, Europe, and Asia in the healthcare, technology, green economy, and consumer products sectors. Mana is led by the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and Principal Financial and Accounting Officer Jonathan Intrater.

Total SPAC deal count for 2021 year-to-date is now 556. This offering is expected to close on Friday, November 26.

Ladenburg, Thalmann & Co., Inc. is acting as the sole bookrunner for the offering. I-Bankers Securities, Inc. is acting as co-manager for the offering. Becker & Poliakoff LLP is serving as Issuer’s Counsel with Blank Rome LLP serving as Underwriter’s Counsel. Marcum Bernstein & Pinchuk LLP serves as auditor.
