Apeiron Capital Investment Corp. (APN.U) Prices $150M IPO

Apeiron Capital Investment Corp. announced the pricing of its $150 million IPO and its units are expected to begin trading on the NYSE under the symbol “APN.U” Tuesday, November 9.

The new SPAC intends to focus its search on companies in the financial technology, media, gaming and financial services (“FTMG”) and in the wealth-advisory and asset management industries. Apeiron Capital Investment Corp. is led by Chairman and CEO Joel Shulman, COO Eva Adosoglou, and CFO Grant Grigorian.

Total SPAC deal count for 2021 year-to-date is now 528. This offering is expected to close on Thursday, November 11.

Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. is acting as sole book-running manager of the offering. Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP is serving as Issuer’s Counsel with King & Spalding LLP serving as Underwriter’s Counsel. Marcum, LLP serves as auditor. Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company is acting as trustee.
