Former Climate Change Secretary Rudd to Join London-listed SPAC
Sky News reported that Amber Rudd, who served as secretary of state for energy and climate change between May 2015 and July 2016, is to become an adviser to Energy1, one of a hotly anticipated wave of new UK SPACs.

Upon closing of its business combination, BowX intends to voluntarily remove the listing of its shares of common stock, warrants and units from the Nasdaq Capital Market and to then list the shares of common stock and warrants of the post-combination company on The New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbols “WE” and “WE WS”, respectively. BOWX’s Class A common stock, warrants and units will continue to trade on the Nasdaq until the closing of the transaction.
On March 25, BowX Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ:BOWX) entered into a definitive merger agreement to combine with WeWork.
READGogoro Launches Battery Swapping In China
Gogoro, a global technology leader in battery swapping ecosystems that enable sustainable urban mobility, today launched its leading battery swapping system in China, the largest two-wheel vehicle market in the world. Gogoro is partnering with China‘s leading vehicle makers, Yadea and Dachangjiang (DCJ) to introduce the new Gogoro-powered Huan Huan battery swapping brand, first in Hangzhou and to additional cities in 2022.
In September 2021, Gogoro announced it was listing on the NASDAQ through a merger with Poema Global Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ:PPGH).
