Concord Acquisition Corp. II (CNDA.U) Prices $250M IPO

Concord Acquisition Corp. II announced the pricing of its $250 million IPO and its units are expected to begin trading on the NYSE under the symbol “CNDA.U” Wednesday, September 1.

The new SPAC intends to focus its search on a target in the financial services sector and financial technology sectors, including payments, enterprise software, and data analytics.. Concord II is led by CEO Jeff Tuder, CFO Michele Cito, and Chairman Bob Diamond.

Total SPAC deal count for 2021 year-to-date is now 419. This offering is expected to close on Friday, September 3.


Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Cowen and Company, LLC are serving as joint book running managers for the offering. Greenberg Traurig, LLP is serving as Issuer’s Counsel with DLA Piper LLP serving as Underwriter’s Counsel. Marcum LLP serves as auditor. Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company is acting as trustee.
