Abri SPAC I (ASPAU) Prices $50M IPO

Abri SPAC I, Inc. announced the pricing of its $50 million IPO and its shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol “ASPAU”, Tuesday, August 10.

The new company intends to combine with a fintech target that has a diversified supplier base along with an experienced management team. Abri SPAC I is led by Chairman and CEO Jeffrey Tirman, EVP and CFO Nima Montazeri, and VP of Business Analytics Peter Bakker.

Total SPAC deal count for 2021 year-to-date is now 398. This offering is expected to close on Thursday, August 12.


Chardan is acting as sole book-running manager of the offering. Loeb & Loeb LLP is serving as Issuer’s Counsel with White and Williams LLP serving as Underwriter’s Counsel. BDO USA serves as auditor. Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company is acting as trustee.
