Alpha Healthcare Acquisition Corp. III announced the pricing of its $150 million IPO and its shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol “ALPAU” Tuesday, July 27.

The new SPAC aims to combine with a healthcare target based in the United States that can grow organically and through acquisitions. Alpha Healthcare Acquisition Corp. III is led by Chairman and CEO Rajiv Shukla along with CFO and Secretary Patrick A. Sturgeon.

Total SPAC deal count for 2021 year-to-date is now 380. This offering is expected to close on Thursday, July 29.
