Gus Garcia has led the combinations of ChargePoint (CHPT), Canoo (GOEV), Arclight Clean Transition Corp. (Proterra – not closed yet), Velodyne Lidar (VLDR), and NextGen Acquisition Corp. (Xos, Inc. – not closed yet).
