Tribe Capital Growth Corp I (ATVCU) Prices $240M IPO

Tribe Capital Growth Corp I announced the pricing of its $240 million IPO and its units are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol “ATVCU,” Friday, March 5.

The new company aims to combine with a target that is a top player in its respective market and has preset structural obstacles to competition. Tribe I is led by Chairman and CEO Arjun Sethi, CFO Omar Chohan, VP Sumit Mehta, and Secretary Ted Maidenberg.

Total SPAC deal count for 2021 year-to-date is now 218. This offering is expected to close on Tuesday, March 9.

Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. is serving as the book-running manager for this offering. Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP is serving as Issuer’s Counsel with Graubard Miller serving as Underwriter’s Counsel. Marcum LLP serves as auditor. Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company is acting as trustee.
