Aurora Acquisition Corp. (AURCU) Prices $200M IPO
Aurora Acquisition Corp. announced the pricing of its $200 million IPO and its units are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol “AURCU,” Thursday, March 4.
The new company aims to combine with a technology or media target in Europe, the Middle East or Africa with defensible IP. Aurora is led by Chairman Thor Björgólfsson, CEO Arnaud Massenet, CIO and Head of Legal Prabhu Narasimhan, and CFO Caroline Harding.
Total SPAC deal count for 2021 year-to-date is now 212. This offering is expected to close on Mopnday, March 8.
Barclays Capital Inc. is acting as the sole book-running manager for the offering. Baker & McKenzie LLP is serving as Issuer’s Counsel with Davis Polk & Wardwell serving as Underwriter’s Counsel. Marcum LLP serves as auditor. Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company is acting as trustee.
