FTAC Hera Acquisition Corp. (HERAU) Prices Upsized $800M IPO

FTAC Hera Acquisition Corp. announced the pricing of its upsized $800 million IPO and its units are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol “HERAU,” Thursday, March 4.

The new company intends to identify technology and financial services technology, or fintech, companies that power transformation and innovation. FTAC Hera is led by Chairman Betsy Z. Cohen  and President and Chief Executive Officer Daniel G. Cohen.

Total SPAC deal count for 2021 year-to-date is now 208. This offering is expected to close on Monday, March 8.


Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are serving as the joint book-running managers for the offering. Ledgewood is serving as Issuer’s Counsel with Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP serving as Underwriter’s Counsel. WithumSmith+Brown, PC serves as auditor. Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company is acting as trustee.
