Constellation Acquisition Corp I (CSTA.U) Prices $300M IPO

Constellation Acquisition Corp. I announced the pricing of its $300 million IPO this evening and its units are expected to begin trading on the NYSE under the symbol “CSTA.U” Wednesday, January 27.

The new company aims to combine with a cutting-edge business in central Europe that possesses strong organic growth with potential for international expansion. Constellation is led by Chairman and CEO Klaus Kleinfeld alongside CFO Thomas Stapp.

Total SPAC deal count for 2021 year-to-date is now 77 with $22.0 billion in gross proceeds raised. This offering is expected to close on Friday, January 29.


Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are acting as the book-running managers of the offering. Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP is serving as Issuer’s Counsel with Ropes & Gray LLP serving as Underwriter’s Counsel. WithumSmith+Brown serves as auditor.
