Kismet Acquisition One Corp. (KSMTU) Prices $250M IPO

Kismet Acquisition One Corp. (KSMTU), announced the pricing of their $250 million IPO tonight and the units are expected to begin trading tomorrow, Thursday, August 6th, under the symbol Nasdaq: KSMTU.

Kismet Acquisition One Corp. intends to focus on companies in the telecommunications infrastructure, internet and technology and consumer goods and services sectors operating in Russia. The Kismet team will be led by Ivan Tavrin, as Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer.

Total SPAC deal count for 2020 year-to-date is now 61 with $24.8 billion in gross proceeds raised. The offering is anticipated to close on Monday, August 10, 2020.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and BofA Securities are acting as joint book running managers for the offering. Greenberg Traurig LLP and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, were Issuer’s Counsel and Underwriter’s Counsel, respectively. WithumSmith+Brown, PC, acted as auditor.
