Yaojun Liu, 45
Chief Executive Officer, Secretary, Treasurer, and Director
Mr. Yaojun Liu has 21 years of professional experience. He is an experienced investor and financial and legal advisor in mergers and acquisitions, real estate investment and management, Chinese foreign direct investment, and capital markets. He has invested in start-ups and growing companies in China and US, some of which have already been successfully listed in HK, China and US. Since 2014, Mr. Liu has served as the managing partner of TA Partners, LLC, a real estate development company he co-founded which owns more than 1,000 apartments under development in southern California. Prior to co-founding TA Partners, LLC, Mr. Liu was a partner at Global Law Office in Beijing, China from March 2006 to December 2014, specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets. He was a senior associate at Jingtian & Gongcheng Law Office from 2003 to 2006, and worked at Haitong Securities Co., Ltd, a leading investment banking company in China, as project manager from 2000 to 2002. He has also invested in several auto-drive and ADAS related companies, such as Suzhou Zhihua Automobile Electronics Co., Ltd, a leading ADAS provider in visual control system. Mr. Liu received a master’s degree in economics and law and bachelor’s degree in history from Renmin University of China.
Tao Huang, 45
Chief Economist
Mr. Tao Huang served as Executive Director of Century Golden Resources Group from September 1999 to December 2012 and has been serving as President of Century Golden since December 2012. Century Golden is a renowned real estate developer in mainland China. The Group manages several large-scale residential projects, shopping malls, tourism destinations and hotel properties across China. Under Mr. Huang’s leadership, Century Golden has expanded into businesses in education, healthcare services and advanced manufacturing. Mr. Huang and family members collectively also placed second on the 17th China Charitarian List with more than 403 million RMB donated during 2019. Mr. Huang currently serves as a board member and/or holds managerial positions with a number of privately-held entities operating in the People’s Republic of China, including entities affiliated with Century Golden Resources Group and other entities that are independent of any such affiliation. Mr. Huang also serves as council member or board member for several university foundations including Tsinghua University (Hong Kong) Education Foundation Ltd., Renmin University of China Education Foundation and Peking University Education Foundation of China. Mr. Huang received a Bachelor in Business Administration from Xiamen University. Mr. Huang has also led investments as a private investor or through an independent firm in several auto-drive and ADAS related companies, such as UISEE Technology, a company providing autonomous driving solutions for automobile manufacturers and focusing on Level 4 (L4) autonomous driving technology, and Suzhou Zhihua Automobile Electronics Co., Ltd, a leading ADAS provider in visual control system.
Richard Yu Chen, 42
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Richard Yu Chen is an experienced accountant, tax advisor and auditor. Mr. Chen worked as a senior tax associate and senior tax consultant at Grant Thornton LLP from 2003 to 2008, from 2008 to 2015, Mr. Chen worked at Deloitte as Tax Manager and then Senior Tax Manager. Most recently, from 2018 to 2020, Mr. Chen worked at FQJK USA, Inc. as CFO. From 2017 to January 2020, he was Chief Financial Officer of Fuqin Fintech Limited, an online marketplace provider. Since 2016, Mr. Chen has also worked at his own firm, CLC LLP, where he provides comprehensive business and financial advisory services to clients. He is also acting as an Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Jiuzi Holding, Inc. (Nasdaq: JZXN). Mr. Chen received a bachelor’s degree in business economics from the University of California, Riverside.

Yatao Pang, 37
Chairman
Mr. Yatao Pang is a veteran investment manager in Asia. He has 15 years of broad experience in the financial industry, specializing in capital markets, private equity and venture capital investment. Mr. Pang has been involved in advising, managing and investing capital in many projects for international corporations and investors, and has participated in building successful funds and asset management platforms. In 2016, he founded Zhongi Fund Management Co., Ltd., a Beijing-based private fund management and consulting firm of which he is currently Managing Partner. As Managing Partner of Zhongi Fund Management Co., Ltd., Mr. Pang led his team to complete the acquisitions of Suzhou Zhihua Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd, the Chinese leading provider of ADAS (“Advanced Driving Assistance System”) solutions in June 2021, Nexperia, the Standard Products business unit of NXP Semiconductors N.V. in February 2017, and MFLEX, a global provider of high-quality, technologically advanced flexible printed circuits and assemblies to the consumer electronics industry in July 2016. Each of these enterprises are EV, ADAS or IC design or production related companies. From 2009 to 2016, Mr. Pang was a Managing Director at Silver Rock Capital, a Shanghai-based private investment firm. In November 2015, Mr. Pang led his team at Silver Rock Capital to acquire Ampleon, a leading semiconductor provider specializing in high-performance RF power amplifiers. From 2007 to 2009, Mr. Pang was a Business Director at HSBC China Shenzhen office. Mr. Pang received a bachelor’s degree in finance from Fudan University.
Shan Cui, 48

Ms. Shan Cui has more than 25 years of professional and executive experience with multinational companies in various industries. She is a seasoned executive with expertise in capital markets and financial planning and analysis. Ms. Cui has a successful track record in driving critical transformation, M&A, deal origination, funding, improving financial performances, business process and operational efficiency. Since April 2021, Ms. Cui has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Aetius Capital Pte. Ltd, a Singapore-based investment firm. Since 2010, Ms. Cui has also served as Managing Partner of Capital First International, a financial consulting firm. She also served as Chief Financial Officer of Lizhan Environmental, then a Nasdaq listed company, from 2011 to 2013. From 2009 to 2010, she was the Manager of Planning and Analysis for Greene, Tweed & Company, a manufacturer of high-performance engineering parts and products serving aerospace, oilfield, and semi-conductor industries. Prior to that, she held positions at Seaboard Management Corporation, General Time Corporation, Peachtree Door and Windows, Dupont Textile and Interior (Invista) Elastane Enterprise and IKON Office Solutions. Ms. Cui has substantial experience as a director and audit committee member. Since February 2021, she has served as the chair of the audit committee and independent director of Venus Acquisition Corporation (Nasdaq: VELO), a special purpose acquisition company that entered into an agreement in June 2021 for its initial business combination with VIYI Algorithm Inc.; and since February 2021 she has served as an independent director of Flag Ship Acquisition Corporation, a special purpose acquisition company that recently filed a registration statement for its initial public offering. In addition, from May 2020 to June 2021, Ms. Cui served as the chair of the audit committee and as an independent director for WiMi Hologram Cloud, Inc.; from August 2020 to May 2021 she served as the chair of the audit committee and independent director of Addentax Group Corp.; from August 2018 to May 2020, she served as an independent director and chair of the audit committee and compensation committee of Fuqin Fintech Limited; and from April 2019 to October 2019, she served as an independent director of Greenland Technologies Holding Corporation (formerly Greenland Acquisition Corp.), a special purpose acquisition company that consummated an initial business combination with Zhongchai Holding (Hong Kong) Limited in October 2019. She is a frequent speaker at investment conferences and is bilingual in English and Chinese. Ms. Cui obtained her M.B.A. from Georgia State University and her bachelor’s degree in International Business English from Ocean University of China.
Haiqing Lin, 51

Dr. Haiqing Lin has over 28 years of experience in the IC design industry. Since March 2020, he has served as a member of the executive committee of GigaDevice Semiconductor, a leading micro-chip company traded on Shenzhen Stock Exchange, overseeing its corporate strategy and global operations. From 2017 to 2020, he was the Principal of XEAL Advisors. From 2018 to 2019, he was the CEO of Edokonta Inc. (Trakpoint). From 2003 to 2017, he served as the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Executive Officer of KT Micro (California), and KT Micro, Inc., which he co-founded. From 2001 to 2003, he was an Analog Manager at SolarFlare Communications, Inc. From 1998 to 2001, he was Senior Member of Technical Staff and Technical Lead at Tality Corporation. Dr. Lin has significant expertise in analog/mixed-signal ICs, digital signal processing, data converters, transceivers, imaging, audio, frequency synthesizer, wireless communications, SerDes, smart power, digital audio, security element, and smart cards. Dr. Lin has spoken at many Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) conferences and has had his articles published in numerous journals, including the International Solid-State Circuits Conference (ISSCC) and Journal of Solid-State Circuits (JSSC). Further, Dr. Lin provides industry and investment consulting services as an industry expert and a council leader through Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG) to many investment firms, including Fidelity Investments, Goldman Sachs, Oppenheimer Funds, UBS, and Alliance Capital. Dr. Lin earned a Ph.D. in E.E.C.S. from Oregon State University and received a B.S.E.E from Tsinghua University.
Xiaochuan Duan, 42

Mr. Xiaochuan Duan has 17 years of experience in the financial industry. Since June 2015, he has been Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of JC Capital Management, a boutique investment banking business. Prior to that, from April 2013 to June 2015, he served as Executive Director, Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley Securities (China). Further, from July 2005 to March 2013, he was Senior Vice President, Investment Banking at CITIC Securities. Mr. Duan currently serves as a director of Double Whales Pharmaceutical and Fireworks Media and as an expert on equity investments with Insurance Asset Management Association of China. Mr. Duan received a Master of Economics in Finance from Renmin University of China and a Bachelor of Engineering in Jet Propulsion from Beihang University.
