Chairman & CEO
Christopher H. Turner, our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, is a Managing Director at Warburg Pincus and leads the firm’s U.S. Investment Support Group comprising Capital Markets, Marketing and Communications, Public Policy/ESG, Digital Strategy and Innovation, Shared Services, and Leadership/Organizational Effectiveness. Mr. Turner is also a member of Warburg Pincus’ Executive Management Group. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus in 2005 to lead the firm’s Capital Markets group, Mr. Turner was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Turner is a member of the JDRF International Board of Directors, where he serves as Chair of the Investment Committee, and of the Council on Foreign Relations, where he serves on the Committee on Corporate Affairs. Mr. Turner has lectured at Columbia Business School and the Wharton School on Private Equity and Corporate Finance. Mr. Turner received a B.S. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. in Finance from The Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
Tara O’Neill, 47
Chief Financial Officer and Director
Tara O’Neill, our Chief Financial Officer, will be appointed to our board of directors in connection with this offering. Mrs. O’Neill has served as a Senior Vice President in the Finance and Legal Department at Warburg Pincus since 2015 and is responsible for the firm’s global special purpose entity operations. Mrs. O’Neill has 26 years of experience in the field of accounting and finance. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus in 1999, Mrs. O’Neill was a Tax Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers specializing in Financial Services Clients. Mrs. O’Neill holds a B.S. from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.

Mark Colodny, 53
Director
Mark Colodny will be appointed to our board of directors in connection with this offering. Mr. Colodny is currently Managing Director, Co-Head of U.S. Private Equity at Warburg Pincus, and has held various positions at Warburg Pincus beginning in 2001, including Managing Director and Head of the Technology Group. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus in 2001, Mr. Colodny served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Primedia from 1995 to 2000 where he ran the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Mr. Colodny began his career at Fortune Magazine where he was a journalist from 1989 to 1991. Mr. Colodny has served as member of the board of directors of Helix OpCo, LLC since 2016, ProPublica since 2012 and The City since 2019, and is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Mr. Colodny received a B.A. from Harvard College, an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
James Neary, 56

James Neary will be appointed to our board of directors in connection with this offering. Mr. Neary is currently Managing Director, Co-Head of U.S. Private Equity at Warburg Pincus. During his career at Warburg Pincus, which began in 2000, Mr. Neary has led Industrials and Business Services; Late Stage Technology-enabled Services; Technology, Media & Telecommunications and Capital Markets. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus in 2000, Mr. Neary was a Managing Director at Chase Securities. Mr. Neary is currently the Chairman or serves as a member of the board of directors of several companies including Allied Universal since 2018, Consolidated Precision Products since 2019, Duravant since 2017, Endurance International Group since 2011, Hygiena since 2016, Sotera Health (NASDAQ:SHC) since 2015 and Wex (NYSE:WEX) since 2016. Among other public and private companies, Mr. Neary has previously served as a member of the board of directors of the Boards of Fidelity National Information Services, Inc., Interactive Data Corporation, InComm Holdings, Coyote Logistics, EFS (Electronic Funds Source) and Alert Global Media Holdings. Mr. Neary has served as a member of the Board of Trustees of The Mount Sinai Health System since and The Eaglebrook School. In addition, Mr. Neary has served as the Co-Chair of the President’s Council at Tufts University since 2016. Mr. Neary received a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Tufts University and an M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, where he was the Eugene Lerner Finance Scholar.
David Coulter, 73

David Coulter will be appointed to our board of directors in connection with this offering. Mr. Coulter was employed by Warburg Pincus as a Managing Director focusing on financial services from 2005 until 2014. Since 2014, Mr. Coulter has been designated a Special Limited Partner of Warburg Pincus. From 2000 through 2005, Mr. Coulter held a series of positions at J.P. Morgan Chase and was a member of the Office of the Chairman. Mr. Coulter also served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BankAmerica Corporation from 1995 to 1998. Mr. Coulter has served a member of the board of directors of Varo Money, Inc. since 2016, American Prairie Reserve since 2018, Carnegie Mellon University since 1997, IQ2US since 2019, Lincoln Center since 2015, Macaulay Honors College since 2016, Northern California Asia Society since 1990, Providence Resources Services Corporation since 2018, Third Way since 2018 and Triton International Ltd. (NYSE:TRTN) since 2014.
Gunther T. Bright, TBD

Gunther T. Bright has held a variety of leadership roles across American Express since 1994. Currently Mr. Bright is the Executive Vice President and General Manager, Global and U.S. Large Enterprises and has held this role since 2020. In this role, Mr. Bright leads strategy, business transformation, acquisition and client management for American Express’ largest commercial prospects and clients, generating over $1 billion in revenue for American Express. Prior to this, from 2014 to 2020, Mr. Bright was EVP and GM of U.S. – Merchant Services – the company’s largest business unit for merchant acquisition, retention and growth, where he was directly responsible for annual billed volume of over $400 billion in 2019. Mr. Bright is on the executive committee of Junior Achievement of New York and Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre, and is a member of the Executive Leadership Council. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Pace University.

Anne Walker serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Repertoire Immune Medicines and has held this position since June 2021. Prior to joining Repertoire, Ms. Walker spent over 20 years at Bank of America in Capital Markets and senior corporate leadership positions in the offices of the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer starting in 2001. Most recently, Ms. Walker led Global Real Estate Services and Strategic Initiatives starting in October 2019, where she was responsible for strategic investments in real estate and technology, as well as operational initiatives and company-wide efforts to drive responsible growth, including Operational Excellence and Capital and Scenario Planning. Prior to that role, Ms. Walker led Bank of America’s Corporate FP&A, Technology initiative planning, Investor Relations and Strategy teams. Ms. Walker also served as the Bank of America New York City President, and served on the Management Committee. Earlier in her career, Ms. Walker served as Managing Director and Head of the U.S. Equity Capital Markets Syndicate for Bank of America Merrill Lynch following Bank of America’s acquisition of Merrill Lynch in 2009, where she began her career in 1996. Ms. Walker holds a B.A. from Harvard University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia University.
