Executive Officers

Joseph Euteneuer, 66
Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman Nominee

Mr. Euteneuer has over 37 years of experience as a financial executive and board member with a diversified history at publicly traded technology, telecom and cable corporations. Since September 2020, he has served on the board of NAX Group, a privately held financial technology company that creates new markets and ecosystems around corporate assets, where he is responsible for facilitating the audit and finance committees’ work with management on the development of accounting and finance infrastructures. From September 2017 to August 2020, Mr. Euteneuer was the Chief Financial Officer of Mattel Inc., a leading global toy company, where he worked closely with the Chief Executive Officer, other executives and the board of directors to lead Mattel’s business transformation strategy and was responsible for the execution of a reorganization and cost improvement plan. From May 2016 to September 2017, Mr. Euteneuer was Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Rivada Networks, Inc., a leading U.S. communications technology company. As Co-Chief Executive officer, Mr. Euteneuer led all fundraising activities, corporate development activities, including mergers and acquisitions, and partnership development with numerous country partners. Before that, from April 2011 to December 2015, Mr. Euteneuer was the Chief Financial Officer of Sprint, a wireless and wireline communication services company, prior to its merger with T-Mobile. Mr. Euteneuer was responsible for all aspects of balance sheet and operational improvements, mergers and acquisitions, and market-facing activities including capital markets issuance and investor relations. Additionally, while at Sprint, Mr. Euteneuer was responsible for the completion of its merger with Softbank and its acquisitions of Clearwire and Spectrum. Before Sprint, Mr. Euteneuer was the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Qwest Communications and was responsible for turnaround activities in the business as well as execution of a reorganization and cost improvement plan. He was also responsible for the execution of its merger with CenturyLink Communications. From 2002 to 2008, Mr. Euteneuer was the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of XM Satellite Radio, where he completed the merger with Sirius Satellite Radio and oversaw the company’s aggressive growth strategy. Mr. Euteneuer also spent 14 years at Comcast, where he held key financial roles including Chief Financial Officer of Comcast’s European subsidiary. Mr. Euteneuer is a certified public accountant and previously worked in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte. Mr. Euteneuer graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and received an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.


Alan B. Mitchell, 59
President, Chief Investment Officer and Director

Mr. Mitchell has over 27 years of experience in investment and merchant banking. He began his investment banking career in 1994 at Solomon Brothers Inc. in the Telecommunications Group, which later became Citigroup and was promoted to Managing Director in 2000. Since 2016, Mr. Mitchell has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of Spain Telecom LLC, a merchant banking and private equity firm focusing on communications infrastructure companies in Europe and Latin America, where he is responsible for sourcing investment opportunities and capital for international communication infrastructure investments. From 2005 to 2016, Mr. Mitchell was a Managing Director and Head of Communication Infrastructure and Services at Wells Fargo Securities, where he led the team’s strategic initiatives and transaction execution. From 2002 to 2005, Mr. Mitchell was the President and Managing Partner of Viant Group LLC, a boutique investment bank where in addition to managing the firm’s investment banking efforts, he also led the formation of a long-short hedge fund in the U.S. and U.K. and was responsible for the firm’s regulatory management oversight and compliance. Mr. Mitchell began his career in public accounting at KPMG in 1985, and is a licensed CPA in Texas. Mr. Mitchell graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and graduated with an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School with honors.


Dimitri Elkin, 52
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Elkin has over 25 years of experience in private equity, investment banking and consulting. During his tenure at KKR, Mr. Elkin led KKR’s activities in the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe. From 2007 until April 2013, Mr. Elkin served as a General Partner of UFG Private Equity, a private equity firm based in Moscow focused on telecom infrastructure and technology investments. From November 2016 until December 2017 he served as an advisor to Trilogy Capital Group, an international private equity company headquartered in Moscow. From December 2017 until December 2019, he was the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Twelve Seas Investment Company and has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Twelve Seas Investment Company II since July 2020. From December 2019 until July 2021, he served as a managing partner with Twelve Seas Capital, a boutique private equity advisory firm. Mr. Elkin previously served as director of several other entities, including OOO Kamaz, ZAO Imperial Porcelain Company and OOO Russian Alcohol. Mr. Elkin graduated from Moscow State University and received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.


Jonathan Morris, 44
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Morris has over 24 years of experience as a finance executive, principal, operator and advisor. He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Twelve Seas Investment Company II (where he also serves as a director), FreeCast, Inc. and Hush Aerospace LLC, as well as the Chief Development Officer of TLG Acquisition One Corp. Prior to these roles, Mr. Morris served as Chief Financial Officer at Imageware Systems, Inc. in 2020 and from 2016 to 2020, led principal investments and structuring as President and Senior Managing Director at a large private family office. Prior to that, at Blackstone Group, Inc., he focused on telecom and technology investments and served on the board of SunGard AS. From 2005 to 2012 Mr. Morris was part of the TMT Investment Banking Group of Credit Suisse. Mr. Morris began his career in 1997 within the private equity division of Lombard, Odier et Cie, private bank in Switzerland and subsequently went to work as an associate at GAIN Capital, a currency hedge fund from 1999 to 2003. Mr. Morris earned his B.S. in Economics and Finance from the University of Virginia and his M.B.A. from Georgetown University.



Board of Directors

Neil Richardson, 64
Chairman Nominee

Mr. Richardson has over 35 years of private equity and investment banking experience. For the last ten years, Mr. Richardson has structured and overseen family office activities, conducted through North Sea Capital, which included the joint purchase with Apollo of Watches of Switzerland Group. Formerly, he was a General Partner of KKR, one of the world’s leading private equity firms, where he helped establish KKR’s European operations and where he was responsible for European telecom, media and technology investment. Subsequently, Mr. Richardson co-founded Lion Capital, a leading global private equity firm which evolved to have over €8 billion of AUM. Mr. Richardson was also Chairman of Twelve Seas Investment Company I from December 2017 to December 2019 and has been Chairman of Twelve Seas Investment Company II since February 2021. Mr. Richardson has served as a Director of numerous companies including Newsquest Capital Limited, Wincor Nixdorf AG, Tenovis GmbH, Russian Alcohol Group JSC, American Apparel Inc. and Watches of Switzerland Group PLC. Mr. Richardson graduated from Oxford University and received a Master’s Degree in Chemistry.


Constantino de Oliveira Junior, 53
Director Nominee

Mr. Junior has extensive executive experience. Mr. Junior began serving as the Chairman of the board of directors of GOL in July 2012, after having served as GOL’s Chief Executive Officer and a member of its board of directors from March 2004 to July 2012. From June 2013 to August 2021, Mr. Junior served as chairman of Smiles, a loyalty program controlled by GOL, which was acquired by the airline in September 2021. Mr. Junior has also served as a member of the board of directors of VRG Linhas Aéreas S.A. (the successor of GOL Transportes Aéreos S.A. as a result of the merger conducted on September 30, 2008) since 2001, having held the position of Chief Executive Officer at the same company from 2001 to July 2012. Mr. Junior has acquired knowledge and experience within the TMT ecosystem as part of launching GOL (one of the largest and first low-cost carrier airline services in Latin American), providing customer user experience by its reservation, cargo and the supply chain airline systems, supported by technology and telecommunications solutions. Mr. Junior is a Managing Partner at Comporte Participações, a company that controls several passenger road transportation companies in Brazil. Mr. Junior is also a member of GOL’s Committees of Risk Policy, Financial Policy, People Management and Corporate Governance Policies and of Alliances. He studied business administration at the Federal District University and attended the Executive Program on Corporate Management at the Association of Overseas Technical Scholarships.


Ron LeMay, 75
Director Nominee

Mr. LeMay is a corporate executive, serial entrepreneur and early-stage investor with over 50 years of experience. He serves as Managing Director and Co-Founder of OpenAir Equity Partners as well as Chief Executive Officer of one of its portfolio companies, Main Street Data. OpenAir Equity Partners specializes in broadband communications and the “Internet of Things” associated with related data science investments. Its portfolio companies focus on connected car, home, and agriculture product and climate related (carbon) opportunities by shaping highly differentiated data into solutions that impact business processes, companies, and industry segments. Previously, Mr. LeMay served as President of Sprint Long Distance. Mr. Lemay was the first employee and Chief Executive Officer of Sprint PCS from its start-up in 1995 and Chief Operating Officer of Sprint Corporation until 2003 during which time it had grown to approximately 35,000 employees, and from pre-revenue to $10 billion in annual revenues. Upon retiring from Sprint in 2003, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Japan Telecom until its sale to SoftBank. In addition, Mr. LeMay was instrumental in the founding of GoGo Inflight Internet Services, where he served as Chairman twice and Chief Executive Officer once, and Hyla Mobile. He has served on seven public company boards, which include The Allstate Corporation, Sprint Corporation, Gogo Inc., Yellow Corporation, Aquila Inc., Ceridian Corporation and Imation Corp. (now known as GlassBridge Enterprises, Inc.), and numerous private company boards over the last 20 years. Mr. LeMay attended Southern Arkansas University where he earned a bachelor’s degree, and he also attended the University of Arkansas School of Law where he graduated with honors.


Eric Medow, 53
Director Nominee

Mr. Medow has over 30 years of investment banking experience in the TMT sector. In September 2021, Mr. Medow retired from Lazard where he had been the Co-Head of the Global Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice since October 2015. Since retiring, Mr. Medow has managed public and private investments for his family. At Lazard, Mr. Medow was responsible for developing relationships across the TMT landscape as well as executing private and public company strategic transactions. While at Lazard, Mr. Medow led teams representing, among others, Intel, CBS, HPE, Tribune Publishing, Stonepeak Infrastructure, and Level 3 Communications. Prior to Lazard, Mr. Medow served as the Global Head of the Telecommunications Group and Co-Head of the North American Communications Group at Citigroup. Prior to Citigroup, Mr. Medow served as a Managing Director at the Carlyle Group where he focused on TMT private equity investments and served on the boards of Videotron’s fiber telecom business in Canada as well as Kestrel Solutions, a fiber optic technology company. Mr. Medow began his career in the Telecommunications and M&A groups at Salomon Brothers Inc. Mr. Medow graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Economics from Duke University.


Alastair John Mackenzie Walton, 64
Director Nominee

Mr. Walton has decades of experience as an investment banker. Mr. Walton, is currently the Co-Founder and Partner of Dyne Capital LLC, a merchant bank. Prior to this Mr. Walton had two diplomatic appointments in the United States as the Consul-General of Australia in New York (2017 to 2020) and Texas (2015 to 2017). Before his diplomat roles, Mr. Walton held various senior positions as an investment banker and a company director. These included Chairman of BKK Partners, Chairman of Central Rand Gold PLC, Co-Chairman and Managing Director of Goldman Sachs Australia and Managing Director & Head of Investment Banking for Non-Japan Asia with Credit Suisse. Mr. Walton has a Bachelor of Economics from the Australian National University, an M.B.A. from Columbia University and is a Chartered Accountant.
