Xu Zhenchun, 77
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Xu brings more than 30 years of experience in cross-border M&A, investment analysis, project management, and new technology development research. He specialized in high-tech project investment analysis, strategic planning in mergers and acquisition. Since beginning of 2023, Mr. Xu has been serving as Executive Director of Everpower International Holdings Ltd. in the United States. He was responsible for technological innovation, investment analysis and project management. He has promoted the industrialization of major projects such as new energy vehicles and artificial intelligence, as well as cross-border investment and mergers and acquisitions. He also promoted SPAC listings. Since 2006, Mr. Xu has been serving as Senior Consultant in Oriental Rainbow Holdings (Hong Kong) Company Limited, an investment holding company, where he led and participated in several high-tech project investment analysis and provided cross-border M&A strategies.. During his tenure, he has assisted the Company to invest in biomass environmental protection projects in China, and obtained $100 million investment from Temasek, Blackstone Group, Horizons Ventures and other investment institution. From 2008 to 2015, Mr. Xu served as Advisor on the Board of China Pipe Group Ltd (HKSE:0380). Mr. Xu has advised the Board to focused on maximizing returns through leveraging the Company’s portfolio of assets, investing in innovation, while keeping the core pipeline business operating efficiently. Mr. Xu has also championed the transformation strategy and regionalization of business, which both are critical areas for the ongoing success of the pipeline industry. In 1991, Mr. Xu received his Doctor of Chemistry degree from the City University of New York in the United States. In 1986, Mr. Xu received his Master of Biological Physics degree from the University of Virginia in VA, USA. In 1982, Mr. Xu received his Master of Environmental Science degree from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in Beijing, China. In 1968, Mr. Xu received his Bachelor of Modern Chemistry from the University of Science and Technology of China in Anhui, China.

Zhu Fengping, 54
Chief Financial Officer 

Since September 2020, Ms. Zhu has been serving as executive director and CFO of China Innovation Development Research Institute Co., Ltd. (CID). During her serving period, she is mainly in charge of financial planning, project management and investment analysis. She participated in research and development of several projects in international modernization of traditional Chinese medicine and carbon emission rights development. Since December 2008, Ms. Zhu served as President of Hong Kong Oneport Investments Ltd.  She organized and led the daily operation. During her tenure, she participated in the investment decision and financial management of the construction of an Innovation and Technology Park (Innovation Consulting Centre), a Biomedical Industrial Technology Park and an Industrial Innovation Service Center in a city of China. From August 2013 to December 2019, Ms. Zhu served as Executive Director of Hong Kong Wide International Industrial Ltd. She was responsible for financial planning and investment decisions, she has participated in several cross-border M&A deals. In 2008, Ms. Zhu received her Master Degree of Business Administration (MBA) from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. In 1990, Ms. Zhu received her Bachelor of Art and Crafts from Anhui Polytechnic University in Anhui, China.

Robin H. Karlsen, 30
Director Nominee

Since April 2023, Mr. Karlsen has been serving as Independent Director of Aimei Health Technology Co., Ltd. Since February 2022, Mr. Karlsen has been serving as President of ROHKA Pte. Ltd. Since June 2022, Mr. Karlsen has also been serving as Partner of AYA Land Development Ltd. His main responsibility in both companies is strategic consultancy for real estate investments From December 2018 to February 2022, Mr. Karlsen served as the Investment Director of PIK International, where he oversaw the identification and investments of real estate assets in Asia. From June 2016 to November 2018, Mr. Karlsen served as Business Development Manager of CFLD International Pte. Ltd, where he was involved in business development in Asia, Middle East and Africa for industry city development. In June 2016, Mr. Karlsen received his Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment from The University of Hong Kong. In May 2015, Mr. Karlsen received his Bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies from UCL Bartlett School of Planning.

Doris Wong Sing Ee, 67
Director Nominee

Ms. Wong brings more than 20 years of experience in management across various industries ranging from oil and gas, property development, solar, engineering, advertising and food and beverages. She specialized in business development, strategic consultancy and corporate advisory in mergers and acquisition and joint venture across Malaysia, Singapore, China, Japan, Thailand and Indonesia. Since August 2021, Ms. Wong has been serving as Independent Director of Energem Corp. Since October 2020, Ms. Wong has been serving as Executive Director of Metronic Global Bhd, an investment holding company listed in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange, KLSE), where she was optimizing financial operations, establishing business goals, advising the board of directors on organizational activities and executing special business projects. She has also involved in various investment opportunities in business diversification, generating new revenue and increasing shareholders’ wealth. Since February 2017, Ms. Wong has been an non-independent non-executive director at Trive Property Group Bhd, also a Public Listed Company in Malaysia. From January 2019 to September 2020, Ms. Wong served as Chief Corporate Officer in Metronic Engineering Sdn Bhd where she oversaw the HR operation, set objectives for HR team and helped to shape up brand strategy for company. Ms. Wong served as General Manager from 2015 to 2016 in Dai-Ichi Kikaku Sdn Bhd where she was overseeing and handling business development, client strategy and direction, creative, production, media planning, procurement and research. From 2012 to 2015, Ms. Wong served as Strategic Business Consultant of JLPW Law Firm where she handled mergers and acquisition and joint venture deals internationally for various industries. From 2002 to 2012, Ms. Wong started her career as a Managing Director of Niagamatic Sdn Bhd, where she controlled all business operations to give strategic guidance and directions to the board and staff to ensure the company achieved its financial vison, mission and long term goals. Ms. Wong graduated from Multimedia University with a Bachelor of Science (with Honors) in Creative Multimedia majoring in Media Innovation in 2003. She obtained her Master’s degree in Corporate Governance and a Graduate Certificate in Accounting from HELP University in 2016.

Zhong Jun, 46
Director Nominee

Mr. Zhong brings more than 15 years of experience in senior management positions in various industries across Digitech, strategic planning, technology and telecommunication to the company. Throughout his career, he specializes in supply chain management, business development and talent management in different companies. Since October 2020, Mr. Zhong has been CEO of Tian Tong Communication Network Co., Ltd, a telecommunication company in China that focus on intensive construction of urban information infrastructure, in charge of structuring business plans, budgeting and supply chain. During his tenure at Ru Ze Technology, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tian Tong, the company achieved rapid development and successfully achieved backdoor listing on Shenzhen GEM through mergers and acquisitions(stock code:300442). From September 2014 to 2020, Dr. Zhong has been serving as Vice President of QuantumCTek Co., Ltd, a commercialized quantum information technology company in China, where he was responsible for application products planning, R&D, and market development. As a core member of the management team, Dr. Zhong participated in the whole IPO process of QuantumCTek Co., Ltd(stock code: 688027). From January 2011 to 2014, Dr. Zhong has been serving as Partner and Vice President of Beijing Forrising Management Consultants Co., Ltd., a management and consulting company in Beijing, China, where he responsible for the business development and management of the state-owned enterprise. As an expert in the field of human resources, Dr. Zhong led the team and participated in China’s open recruitment of senior executives of central enterprises to the world. He served large enterprises such as China Mobile, helped them design positions, salary and performance systems, and selected managers at all levels. Since June 2016, Dr. Zhong served as General Secretary and Vice President of China Quantum Information Association (CQIA). In 2018, Dr. Zhong received his Doctor of Management degree Hong Kong Polytechnic University Business School. In 2003, Dr. Zhong received her Master of Management degree from the Tsinghua University in Beijing, China. In 2000, Dr. Zhong received his Bachelor of Engineering, with a minor in Law from the Tsinghua University in Beijing, China.
