Executive Officers

Long Yi, 46
Chief Executive Officer and Chairman

Mr. Yi has more than 15 years’ experience in accounting and finance. From January 2018 to March 2021, Mr. Yi served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the board of directors of Urban Tea, Inc. (formerly NASDAQ: MYT). During his term in Urban Tea, Inc., he led the company’s successful entry into the tea product distribution and retail business in China. From January 2013 to January 2019, Mr. Yi served as Chief Financial Officer of China Commercial Credit, Inc. (formerly NASDAQ: CCCR), a company focusing on providing direct loans, loan guarantees and financial leasing services to small-to-medium sized businesses and individuals in China. From January 2019 to June 2019, Mr. Yi served as Chief Financial Officer and a board member of Bat Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: GLG), a luxurious car leasing business company in China. From June 2010 to August 2012, Mr. Yi served as a senior group financial manager of American Electrical material, a manufacturer of car and mobile phone fuses. From May 2008 to May 2010, Mr. Yi was the senior financial manager in Sutor Technology Group Ltd. (formerly NASDAQ: SUTR), a manufacturer and service provider of fine finished steel products. From July 1998 to August 2003, Mr. Yi worked as an accountant and a key customer manager of China Construction Bank. Mr. Yi is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois. Mr. Yi received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Northeastern University in 1998, a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from University of Rotterdam in 2004, and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from McGill University in 2006.


Jing (Kan) Lu, 39
Chief Financial Officer and Director Nominee

Ms. Lu has over 10 years’ experience of audit and advisory for various companies in mainland China in a wide range of industries such as technology, media, automotive, trading and manufacturing. From April 2019 to May 2021, Ms. Lu served as Chief Financial Officer of Urban Tea, Inc. (formerly NASDAQ: MYT), a tea product distribution and retail business in China. From January 2015 to October 2018, Ms. Lu served as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young. From February 2012 to December 2014, Ms. Lu was an Audit Senior Manager at Marcum Bernstein and Pinchuk LLP. From January 2007 to January 2012, Ms. Lu served as an Audit Manager at KPMG. She is a Certified Public Accountant in China and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Ms. Lu received her Bachelor’s degree in Shanghai University of Finance and Economy in 2005.

John Levy, 67
Independent Director Nominee

Mr. Levy is a recognized corporate governance and financial reporting expert with over 40 years’ of experience in finance, accounting and general business management. Since May 2005, Mr. Levy assisted public companies with corporate governance, corporate compliance, ethics, financial reporting and financial strategies. Currently, Mr. Levy serves on the board of directors of three public companies: Happiness Biotech Group Limited, Inc. (NASDAQ: HAPP), a Chinese-based nutraceutical and dietary supplements producer focused on the research, development, manufacturing and marketing of a variety of products made from Chinese herbal extracts and other ingredients, since October 2019, Washington Prime Group Inc. (NYSE: WPG) since June 2016, a real estate investment trust which filed for protection under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code on June 13, 2021, and Applied Minerals, Inc. (OTC: AMNL), a natural resource company, since January 2008. From September 2019 to April 2020, Mr. Levy served as the Chief Executive Officer of Sticky Fingers Restaurant, LLC, a South Carolina based barbeque restaurant chain. In the past, he served as director for several public companies including Takung Art Co. Ltd., an electronic online platform operator for artists, art dealers and art investors to trade artwork (from March 2016 to June 2019), Applied Energetics, Inc., a company in the development and application of high power lasers, high voltage electronics, advanced optical systems and energy management systems technologies (from June 2009 to February 2016), and China Commercial Credit, Inc., a financial services firm operating in China (from August 2013 to December 2016). Mr. Levy has authored and presented numerous courses on finance, management and governance to state accounting societies including THE 21ST CENTURY DIRECTOR: Ethical and Legal Responsibilities of Board Members. Mr. Levy received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1977, and received his MBA from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia in 1984.


Qinbai Zhou, 43
Independent Director Nominee

From December 2019 to April 2021, Mr. Zhou served as an independent director of Urban Tea, Inc. (NASDAQ: MYT), a company focusing on tea product distribution and retail business in China. Since August 2013, Mr. Zhou has served as the Marketing Director of Shennong Dafenghuaqiang Seed Industry Co., Ltd., an agricultural company. From March 2006 to July 2013, Mr. Zhou served as a Sales Manager of Huatai Securities Co., Ltd., a securities brokerage firm. Mr. Zhou received his Bachelor’s degree in Economic Law from Hunan University of Technology and Commerce in China.


Boling Liu, 36
Independent Director Nominee

Since August 2010, Ms. Liu has served as the department manager of Shenzhen Tianhe E-Commerce Ltd., an e-commerce company. From January 2010 to August 2010, Ms Liu served as the vice department manager of the Shenzhen Guantian Industry Ltd., an airline travel company. From April 2005 to January 2010, Ms. Liu served as the manager of the customer service center of Shaanxi Datang Airline Service Ltd., an airline travel company. Ms. Liu received her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Shaanxi Normal University in 2003.
