Aaron McDonald, 42
Co-Chief Executive Officer, Director
Mr. McDonald is Co-founder, board member, and director of Centrality a general partner at NetX ventures and D64 Ventures. In 2019, Mr. McDoanld was named Ernst & Young EY Technology Entrepreneur of the Year and IDG Top50 technology leaders. Prior to Centrality, his career includes 20 years in technology as an engineer, product developer, and business leader. Mr. McDonald has deep experience in start-up technology. He is a board member or founder of more than a dozen high growth tech companies and an investor in more than 50 ventures. Mr. McDonald’s experience in the NFT space includes being involved with founding Non Fungible Labs who have developed FLUF World and the Altered State Machine. Mr. McDonald’s diverse portfolio experience offers him a unique perspective on the opportunities and challenges in global tech.
Chris Ensey, 42
Co-Chief Executive Officer, Director
Mr. Ensey is a product visionary and executive in the cyber security, cloud computing, and blockchain industry. He currently serves as Chief Technical Advisor for Gryphon Digital Mining. Formerly, Mr. Ensey served as interim CEO and COO of Riot Blockchain. Other notable past roles include CTO of eMed Digital Healthcare and CTO of BlueVoyant, a global cybersecurity solutions provider. Mr. Ensey has 25 years of experience developing mission-critical software with an emphasis on high performance computing, analytic processing, and cloud technologies. He has driven numerous products to market, including solutions for managed security services, cyber risk management, and digital healthcare. He began his career as a system engineer and integrator working on national intelligence and defense programs with companies such as SAIC, SafeNet and IBM. He has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech.
Olliver Heins, 38
Chief Commercial Officer, Director Nominee
Mr. Heins is a product executive with over 20 years of experience creating products with billions of users. His expertise in product strategy, live operations, monetization, and product design will serve the company well. Mr. Heins is the founder of BossMode Games LTD and is the former Head of Games at Goodgames Studios. Notable accomplishments include helping lead the integration of Zynga’s acquisition of Natural Motion in London, and establishing a European presence for Plarium. Mr. Heins is a graduate of Europäische Fernhochschule Hamburg, with degrees in International Economics and Economical Psychology, and Gewerbeschule 18 Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg with a degree in IT Systems Engineering.
Weixuan (Tracy) Luo, 49
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Luo is a founding partner of L&L CPAs, PA, a PCAOB registered public accounting firm since October 2013. She has also been serving as the President of American Aeolian Travel Inc., a travel agency, since May 2012. In addition, Ms. Luo has been a Senior Manager at Greentree Financial Group Inc. providing financial advisory services to public companies since May 2003. Ms. Luo is a founder and Chief Financial Officer of Deep Medicine Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: DMAQ), a special purpose acquisition company which completed its initial public offering in October 2021. From July 2018 to June 2020, Ms. Luo was a founder and Chief Financial Officer of Proficient Alpha Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: PAAC), a special purpose acquisition company which completed its initial business combination in June 2020. Ms. Luo has worked with publicly traded companies for over a decade in a broad array of services, including audits, tax preparation, risk assessment, financial analysis and financial statements preparation. n August 2017, Ms. Weixuan Luo was disciplined and fined by the PCAOB due to a violation of Auditing Standard #7 under PCAOB Release No. 105-2017-034, for not observing the two year cooling off period and serving as the engagement review partner before the period had run on two audit engagements. As a result, she agreed to implement several remedial measures. The disciplinary action did not require any amendment to the completed audits or question the quality of the audit work completed. She was fined by the North Carolina Board of Accountancy in connection with the PCAOB order. Also in connection with the PCAOB order, she was found in violation of section 5100(1) of the California Accountancy Act by the California Board of Accountancy (the “CBA”) and referred to the California Attorney General’s Office for review and the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation filed an administrative complaint against her before the Florida Board of Accountancy (the “FBA”). On August 2, 2019, Ms. Luo’s firm, L&L CPAs PA, was censured and fined $5,000.00 by the CBA and ordered to pay the legal cost of $8,712.50 to the CBA. On December 13, 2019, the FBA accepted a settlement with Ms. Luo, pursuant to which Ms. Luo’s license was reprimanded, and Ms. Luo was fined $1,000.00 by the FBA and ordered to pay the legal cost of $70.48 to the FBA.

John Joyce, 68
Chairman
Mr. Joyce is the former CFO of IBM. He was also President of Asia Pacific and Head of Global Services, where he was instrumental in the successful reengineering of IBM’s worldwide business. During his time at IBM, Mr. Joyce was responsible for 170,000 employees and nearly $50 billion of revenue. Mr. Joyce is a former MD of SilverLake Partners, the world’s largest technology focused PE fund. Mr. Joyce served as a member of the investment committee and was leader of the firm’s value creation team. Mr. Joyce has also served on the boards of HP, Avago (Broadcom), Bertelsmann AG, Intelsat, Gartner and Sabre. Mr. Joyce holds a BA from Montclair State University and holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Khadija Mustafa, 46
Vice Chairman nominee
Khadija Mustafa is currently Sr. Director, Head of Global Customers and Partnerships for Autonomous Systems at Microsoft leading the go-to-market for a cutting edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) business. Ms. Mustafa’s 22-year career at Microsoft spans a diversity of functions across product, global sales, strategic alliances, business development, strategy and operations across numerous verticals and geographies; these functions directly generated and influenced multi-billion dollars in software/services/hardware revenue. Ms. Mustafa holds degrees and certificates from the MIT Sloan School of Management, Clark University (BA in Government & International Relations), and Budapest University of Economic Sciences (Kozgaz).
Darcy Antonellis, 59
Director nominee
Ms. Antonellis currently serves as Executive Advisor to AMDOCS Inc. (NASDAQ: DOX), a provider of software and services to communications, cable & satellite, entertainment and media services providers. Ms. Antonellis is the former CEO of Vubiquity Inc. (acquired by AMDOCS in 2018), a leading global provider of multiplatform media technology solutions and services. Notable former positions include various executive roles at Warner Bros. Entertainment (now Warnermedia), including President of the Studio’s Technical Operations and Chief Technology Officer. For CBS Inc. (now ViacomCBS), Ms. Antonellis held senior positions leading Network Operations, Washington News Bureau Operations and Engineering, as well as leadership positions for three Olympics Winter Games. Ms. Antonellis holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Temple University and an MBA from Fordham University.
Shara Senderoff, 36
Director nominee
Ms. Senderoff is Founder & Managing Partner of Raised in Space, a music/tech/web3 venture capital fund and studio. Ms. Senderoff partnered with music-mogul Scooter Braun and blockchain leader Ripple to launch this fund in 2019. She also builds new ventures under Raised In Space’s incubator arm, RISE Labs, and is Founder & CEO of Something Gold, an advisor to tech companies, music labels, start-ups and agencies. Ms. Senderoff was named one of Forbes’ “30 under 30,” Rolling Stone’s “Future 25,” Fast Company’s “100 Most Creative People in Business,” Billboard’s “40 Under 40” and esteemed “Women In Music.” Ms. Senderoff holds a BA in Film, Television and Entertainment Marketing from Emerson College.
