Bin (Brian) Lin, 56
Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board
Mr. Lin has been the Chairman of Beijing Huitu Technology Co., Ltd., which develops and sells water resources application software and products since December 2013. From August 2020 to May 2021, Mr. Lin served as the chairman and CEO of Lianluo Smart Ltd, Inc. (Nasdaq: LLIT), a company engaged in the medical device business. During his term at LLIT, Mr. Lin led the merger of the company with Newegg Inc., in May 2021 resulting a US$4 billion company post-merger (Nasdaq: NEGG). From January 2006 to March 2013, Mr. Lin was the Chief Executive Officer of China Fire & Security Group, Inc. (Formerly Nasdaq: CFSG), which engaged in design, development, manufacture and sale of a variety of fire safety products for the industrial and special purpose infrastructure industries and the design and installation of industrial fire safety systems. From January 2000 to December 2005, he was the general manager of Beijing Linkhead Technology Co., Ltd., which engaged in design and sales of telecommunications products. Mr. Lin started his career with Nortel Networks Corporation in Canada in 1989 and held various technical and management positions in Nortel Canada, Motoral, and Compaq Computer in the U.S. from 1989 through 2000. Mr. Lin received a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Toronto in 1989 and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
Yang (Shayla) Sun, 37
President and Director
Since June 2018, Ms. Sun has served as the co-founder and managing director of First Winners Financial Services, a Hong Kong based financial advisory firm focusing on equity market. From September 2015 to May 2018, Ms. Sun served as the venture partner of Galaxy Internet Company Limited, a technology startups incubator and investment firm. From July 2011 to July 2015, Ms. Sun was the vice president of Wowo Limited (Nasdaq: WOWO), changing name to Mercurity Fintech Holding (Nasdaq: MFH), a Chinese based mobile and e-commerce platform that focuses on establishing online stores and back office integration for local service industry, and she continued to serve as a director of Wowo Limited from June 2017 to November 2018. From October 2009 to July 2011, Ms. Sun was also the manager of the U.S. equity team in Changyou.com Limited (Formerly Nasdaq: CYOU), a leading online game developer and operator in China which recently completed a merger with Sohu.com (Game) Limited, a subsidiary of Sohu.com Limited (Nasdaq: SOHU). Ms. Sun started her career as an analyst in DC Capital Management, an investment banking firm in Hong Kong in July 2006. Ms. Sun holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Linguistics and Literature from Beijing Foreign Studies University and is currently enrolled in the EMBA program in China Europe International Business School.
Zhiyong (Ben) Li, 38

Mr. Li has been the Chief Executive Officer of Hadoop Data Limited since May 2021. From June 2019 to May 2021, Mr. Li served as the Chief Financial Officer of BlueCity Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: BLCT), an LGBTQ focused Internet technology company dedicated to providing comprehensive services to diverse users around the world. From June 2007 to June 2019, Mr. Li worked at GDS Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: GDS), a data company providing solutions with large scale data center, where he started as a financial analyst and was promoted as a Vice President in finance department in 2014. From September 2005 to June 2007, Mr. Li was an associate in PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Li holds a Bachelor’s degree in National Economics Management from Renmin University of China.

Hongfei Tian, 46

Since February 2016, Mr. Tian has been the founding partner of iVision Ventures Limited, an AI focused venture firm investing in autonomous driving, service robots, STEM robots, fintech and enterprise big data analytics software companies. Mr. Tian founded PAYYARD PTE. LTD, a bitcoin wallet company in Singapore in 2014 and served as the Chief Executive Officer from July 2014 to December 2015. In December 2009, Mr. Tian founded Beijing Looa Technology Ltd. Co., a social commerce SaaS software company, and served as served as the Chief Executive Officer from June 2014 to December 2019. Before that, he worked as a software engineer at Oracle Corporation from December 2003 to May 2009. Mr. Tian hold a Master’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from Henan University.
Jian Liu, 49

Mr. Liu has served as the executive director since January 2008 and the Chief Operating Officer since February 2006 at Renren Inc. (NYSE: RENN), a NYSE listing company, operating a used auto business in China and several SaaS businesses in the US. Since October 2018, Mr. Liu has been a director of Kaixin Auto Holdings (Nasdaq: KXIN), a leading premium used auto dealership group in China which consummated a business combination with CM Severn Star Acquisition Corporation, a blank check company in April 2019. Mr. Liu had served as the Chief Executive Officer of Kaixin Auto Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kaxin Auto Holdings acquired from Renren Inc. from September 2014 to October 2018. Since July 2019, Mr. Liu has served as an independent director at Opera Ltd. (Nasdaq: OPRA), a leading global provider of a range of products and services including PC and mobile browsers, AI-powered content platform Opera News and other solutions and products. Prior to that, in September 2003, he founded UUMe.com (which was later acquired by RenRen in May 2005), one of the earliest social networking service websites in China. Previously, from February 2002 to August 2003, Mr. Liu served as the founding product management director at Fortinet, Inc. (Nasdaq: FTNT), a Nasdaq listed network security solution provider. From July 2000 to January 2002, he served as a product manager at Siebel Systems Inc., a U.S. software company. Mr. Liu started his career as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group in China from September 1995 to August 1998. Mr. Liu holds an MBA degree from Stanford University as an Arjay Miller Scholar in 2020 and Bachelor’s degrees in computer Science and Economics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 1995.
Xiaolin Zhong, 56

Dr. Zhong has more than 20 years’ experience in venture capital investment and private equity. Since March 2016, Dr. Zhong has served as the Chairman of Shenzhen Turing Capital Management Co. Ltd. and the founding partner of Shenzhen Turing Venture Capital LLP, a company focusing on early stage venture investment. From January 2014 to March 2016, Dr. Zhong served as a president and managing partner at Xing Capital Management Co. Ltd & Xing Capital LLP, focusing on private equity investment. From May 2005 to April 2017, Dr. Zhong was a managing director & general partner of TDF Capital LLP, a venture capital fund focusing on early to growth venture opportunities in China. From May 2007 to January 2011, he was a founding and managing partner of KPCB (Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers) China Fund. Dr. Zhong received his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in engineering from Huazhong University of Science & Technology (HUST) in China in 1986 and 1989, respectively. Dr. Zhong received his PhD in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence from Edinburgh Napier University, UK in 1996, and an MBA degree from The Ivey School of Business (Western) at the Western University in 2003. Mr. Zhong attended and completed the Stanford Executive Program (SEP) at the Graduate School of Business of Stanford University in 2010.
