Executive Officers

Michael Blitzer, 47
Chief Executive Officer and Chairman

Michael Blitzer has been our Chairman and CEO since October 2024. He has served as CEO and director of IPXX since March 2023 and previously served as co-CEO and director of IPAX from February 2021 to February 2023. Mr. Blitzer is the founder and co-CEO of Kingstown Capital Management, which he founded in 2006 and grew to a multi-billion asset manager with some of the world’s largest endowments and foundations as clients. Over 18 years, Kingstown has invested in public and private equities, SPACs, PIPEs, and derivatives. At Kingstown, Mr. Blitzer oversaw and participated in nearly all the firm’s investment decisions including countless public and private investments in disruptive growth industries. Mr. Blitzer brings an in-depth understanding of public markets and has invested in a variety of corporate transactions such as spin-offs, rights offerings, public offerings, privatizations, and mergers & acquisitions. He currently sits on the board of directors and audit committee of LUNR. He was also a public company director of Signature Group Holdings after its exit from bankruptcy in 2011, where he also sat on the audit committee, and was on the board of directors of the European mutual fund TREND AD. Mr. Blitzer began his Wall Street career at J.P. Morgan Securities in 1999 advising companies globally in private debt and equity capital raises followed by work at the investment fund Gotham Asset Management, which was founded by the author and investor Joel Greenblatt. Mr. Blitzer taught courses in Investing at Columbia Business School for five years in the 2010s. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.S. from Cornell University where he received the Cornell Tradition Fellowship. Mr. Blitzer is a trustee of Greens Farms Academy in Westport, CT where he is also Treasurer and Chair of the Investment Committee. We believe Mr. Blitzer is qualified to serve on our board of directors due to his extensive investment, financial, managerial and oversight experience as an investor and board member.


Peter Ondishin, 37
Chief Financial Officer

Peter Ondishin has been our CFO since November 2024. He has served as CFO of IPXX since March 2023, and he was previously an employee of IPAX. Mr. Ondishin has been the CFO of The Venture Collective since June 2023, the CFO of IPXX since April 2023 and the CFO of Kingstown Capital Management since August 2020, and he was previously the Controller of Kingstown from April 2019 to August 2020. Mr. Ondishin was the Assistant Controller for Atlantic Investment Management from January 2016 to March 2019. Before that, Mr. Ondishin worked as an accountant for Fir Tree Partners from January 2014 to January 2016. Mr. Ondishin began his career in assurance at PwC. Mr. Ondishin holds a B.A. and an MBA from Rutgers University, and he is also Certified Public Accountant.


Kevin Shannon, 29
Chief Operating Officer

Kevin Shannon has been our Chief Operating Officer since November 2024. He has served as Chief of Staff of IPXX since March 2023 and previously served as Chief of Staff of IPAX from March 2021 to February 2023. In his role as Chief of Staff for IPXX and IPAX, Mr. Shannon was an active participant in all target search, negotiation, and due diligence workstreams that a typical Chief Operating Officer would undertake. Mr. Shannon is a founder and partner of Inflection Point Asset Management, which he co-founded with Michael Blitzer in 2024. Inflection Point Asset Management invests in concentrated SPAC sponsor and PIPE positions, primarily focused on backing the Inflection Point franchise of SPACs. Mr. Shannon also currently serves as Capital Markets Advisor for Intuitive Machines. Prior to Inflection Point Asset Management, Mr. Shannon was a Principal at The Venture Collective from April of 2023 to March of 2024 helping to source and diligence later stage investments for the venture capital firm. Before that, Mr. Shannon was a Senior Analyst at Kingstown Capital from March of 2021 to March of 2023. Mr. Shannon began his career in Equity Capital Markets at Bank of America, spending time working across the Technology, Industrials, Equity-Linked, and SPAC teams within ECM. Mr. Shannon holds a B.A. from Colgate University.



Board of Directors

Daniel J. Hoffman, 64
Director Nominee

Daniel Hoffman will serve on our board of directors following the completion of this offering. He is the Founder and CEO of The Monday Group, a multi-family network investing in a broad variety of assets, which he founded in May 2023. Mr. Hoffman has been a director of Rithm Property Trust Inc. (NYSE: RPT), a real estate investment trust formerly known as Great Ajax Corp., since June 2024, where he also previously served as a director from June 2014 to June 2016, including as chair of the nominating and corporate governance committee and a member of the audit committee and the compensation committee. Between May 2016 and May 2023, Mr. Hoffman was Managing Director of Residential Real Estate Funds at Cerberus Capital Management, L.P., a global alternative investment firm. Prior to that, he was Managing Director and Co-Head of U.S. Securitized and Structure Products at the Royal Bank of Canada Capital Markets from 2015 to 2016. He also taught property investment and financing classes at Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business from 2013 to 2015. Mr. Hoffman served as Managing Director at Amherst Pierpont Securities LLC, a subsidiary of Amherst Holdings LLC, from 2010 to 2015. From 2008 to 2010, he was Managing Director of Securitized Products at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Prior to that, Mr. Hoffman held various positions at Bear Stearns and Co. Inc. from 1986 to 2008, including Senior Managing Director of the Fixed Income Division and Head of U.S. Securitized Products, Mortgaged and Interest Rate Sales. During his time at Bear Stearns and Co. Inc., he was also a member of the President Advisory Council. Mr. Hoffman began his career at NBC Television in 1984, where he held various finance and administrative positions in several NBC divisions until 1986. He holds an MBA from the Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Economics from Binghamton University. We believe Mr. Hoffman is qualified to serve on our board of directors due to his extensive investment and financial experience and his membership to the board of directors of public companies
