Mulyadi Tjandra, 52
Chairman of the Board, Chief Financial Officer and Director
Manish Dahiya is a senior management executive with extensive experience in the natural resources and the commodities sector. Mr. Dahiya has managed a portfolio of global supply chains for a range of industrial and energy products, across marketing, processing, finance and transport of key commodities, connecting low-cost producing regions with high-demand growth markets. He is currently the Managing Director of one of our founders, Cue1 Pte. Ltd. (“Cue1”), a Singapore-based company providing consultancy services in the commodities sector including M&A, and structured trading solutions since January 2021. Mr. Dahiya has almost 17 years of experience within the mining and energy sectors, most recently as the Head of Energy Complex at Noble Group from August 2009 to March 2020. At Noble, he led the group’s global portfolio of LNG, oil and energy coal businesses, with activities including trading, investments and M&A. Mr. Dahiya managed a diversified and cross-cultural team, spanning out from its strong base in Asia to Africa, Europe and the Americas. Mr. Dahiya started his career in brand management, sales & marketing and worked at BHP Billiton in Singapore from 2005 to 2009, as the Marketing Manager for energy coal in Asia. He has served on various boards including publicly listed companies. In 2015, he was recognized by Asia Society by being selected in to the Asia 21 Young Leaders cohort. (Asia Society is the leading educational organization dedicated to promoting mutual understanding and strengthening partnerships among peoples, leaders and institutions of Asia and the United States in a global context.) In his various senior roles, Mr. Dahiya routinely engaged with all stakeholders including communities, social groups, government leaders across portfolios of development, leading institutions including sovereign and private wealth funds, and global business leaders. Mr. Dahiya holds a Master in Business Administration from INSEAD (2004) and an Master of Arts (Economics) from University of Pune (2002).
Manish Dahiya, 43

Mulyadi Tjandra has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry, with an emphasis on corporate and private banking. Mr. Tjandra is currently a director of Ascend Capital Advisors (S) Pte. Ltd. (“Ascend”) since April 2016, a licensed fund management company in Singapore with more than $370 million of assets under management as of April 2021, where he oversees operating activities including compliance, investor relations, and fundraising. Mr. Tjandra also sits on various boards including Golden Investments (Australia) Pte Ltd., a company owned by GEAR, and two Cayman funds managed by Ascend. Prior to Ascend, Mr. Tjandra served as Vice President of Private Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley in Singapore from 2004 to 2016, Vice President of the International Private Client Group at Merrill Lynch in Singapore from 2001 to 2004, and Vice President of the Private Banking Group at Citigroup Private Bank in Jakarta from 1999 to 2001. Prior to Citibank, Mr. Tjandra also held other executive positions at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. Mr. Tjandra holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, U.S. and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Cum Laude) from Case Western University in Cleveland, Ohio, U.S.A., Mr. Tjandra is also a member of Tau Beta Pi Honor Engineering Society in the United States since 1990.

Alberto Migliucci, 53

Alberto Migliucci is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Singapore-based Petra Commodities Asia, a capital investment and advisory firm focused on natural resources commodities established in 2013. Mr. Migliucci has more than 30 years of industry and finance experience within the mining, energy, and natural resources sectors, as a geologist, a project financier and an investment banker. Mr, Migliucci is a specialist for M&A, capital raising (debt and equity), structured and project finance, IPOs, investments, and advisory focused on the mining, energy and natural resources sectors where he has spearheaded many landmark natural resources transactions with a cumulative total of more than $100 billion. Mr. Migliucci has evaluated, financed and worked on hundreds of commodities and energy-related deals in the Asia Pacific region alongside many of the world’s largest mining and energy companies, governments, state-owned enterprises, banks, investors, high net-worth individuals, and family offices. Prior to establishing his own advisory firm, Mr. Migliucci held various senior positions at Credit Suisse in Singapore from 2008 to 2013 as Managing Director, Global Energy Group; Head of Mining and Metals, Asia; Head of Mining, Metals and Energy, South East Asia and Head of Energy, Oil and Gas, South East Asia where he “led the firm to the number one position in advisory league tables in Asia 2008-2013” (source: FORBES Indonesia, Thompson Reuters). Mr. Migliucci held the position of Chairman of the Board from 2014-2017 for R3D Global Limited, a company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX: R3D). Mr. Migliucci held positions as Head of Energy Finance, Asia Pacific Region and Head of Mining Finance, Asia while at Standard Bank in Singapore from 2005-2008 and Vice President, Project and Export Credit Finance Global Group at BNP Paribas Fortis in Singapore from 2004-2005. He started his banking career in Australia with Sumitomo Bank of Japan (1997-1998), Westpac Banking Corporation (1998-2000) before moving to Hong Kong with Société Générale (2000-2004).
Carl Dunton, 49

Carl Dunton is a lawyer with more than 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, special situations, cross-border financing, and financial restructuring transactions. Mr. Dunton is recognized as a leading lawyer for both Banking & Finance and Restructuring & Insolvency by leading independent legal directories, including Chambers Asia, Legal 500 Asia and IFLR 1000. Mr. Dunton has a wide range of experience from structured and secured lending to complex restructuring and emerging market cross-border financing transactions with major clients including large Asia-based conglomerates and financial institutions. Mr. Dunton was a Partner at PwC Legal International Pte Ltd., a licensed foreign law practice in Singapore from May 2017 to August 2020 and has more recently served as a Senior Legal Specialist with PwC’s New Law team in the UK since August 2020. Prior to that, he was a Partner at Ashurst Singapore for nine years from April 2008 to April 2017 where he was involved in emerging market cross-border financings and financial restructurings throughout Southeast Asia, particularly in Indonesia. Mr. Dunton was a Senior Associate at White & Case Singapore for five years from 2003 to 2008 and spent seven years at Linklaters from 1995 to 2002 where he started his legal career. Mr. Dunton graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Jurisprudence at University of Oxford in 1993.
Karthikeyan Sathyamoorthy, 40

Karthikeyan Sathyamoorthy is the President of Atlantic, Gulf & Pacific Company (AG&P) LNG Terminals and Logistics, one of the world’s fastest-growing providers of LNG import and LNG and gas logistics, distribution and infrastructure solutions since August 2017. Mr. Sathyamoorthy led AG&P’s LNG terminal foray into India and the Philippines. Mr. Sathyamoorthy brings with him nearly two decades of extensive energy sector transactional and commercial experience working for Galway Group from September 2011 to July 2017, most recently as its Global President as well as with Wood Mackenzie from 2007 to 2011, HSBC from 2005 to 2006 and Crisil in 2005, where he was involved in various energy-related transactions and advisory based out of India, Singapore, UK, and Australia. Mr. Sathyamoorthy also sits on various boards including GasEntec Co Ltd. since June 2020, GenesisRay Energy since July 2017, and BrainGroom since July 2017. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree since 2003 and a Master’s in Business Administration from University of Petroleum and Energy Studies in Oil and Gas Management in 2005.
