Kenneth John Robinson, 62
Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors

Since May 2006, Mr. Robinson has been a Franchise Owner & Operator of Mike Pero Mortgages in New Zealand, providing independent financial mortgage advice to residential and commercial property buyers. Mr. Robinson has served as Trustee for Manukau Counties Charitable Foundation Community Trust since May 2011. Mr. Robinson holds roles within the Ministry of Justice in New Zealand, having served as a Visiting Justice since September 2015, an Issuing Officer since 2012 and a Justice of the Peace since 1999. Mr. Robinson undertook a Management Development Programme from the University of Melbourne in 1987.

Phan Nguyen Ngoc Xuan My, 29
Chief Financial Officer and Director Nominee

Since November 2021, Ms. Phan has served in the role of Senior, Risk Management, at the New Zealand bank Kiwibank LLC, conducting risk assessments and analyzing statistics, reports and market trends. Since September 2018, Ms. Phan has been a Ph.D. candidate in Finance, Stream Banking and Risk Management at Massey University in New Zealand, where she has also served since May 2019 as a Research and Teaching assistant at its School of Economics and Finance. In 2016, Ms. Phan volunteered through the United Nations Volunteers program to work with UNICEF and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations. From November 2013 to December 2015, Ms. Phan worked at Ernst & Young in Vietnam in the Financial Service Department, where she assisted on audits of financial statements. Ms. Phan earned a Master’s Degree of Finance from Massey University in 2017-2018.

Since June 2012, Mr. Huyhn has served as Chief Information Officer at Vietnix Solutions And Technology Joint Stock Company, a Hosting Provider in Vietnam, advising on technology planning, enterprise architecture, and security and risk management. Mr. Huyhn gained his bachelor’s degree in System Administration at Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City – University of Science in May 2010.

Sopheak Ork, 34
Independent Director Nominee

Since January 2018, Ms. Ork has been the Founder and Manager of Puthi Vatey Money Exchange, a company based in Cambodia. Since January 2016, Ms. Ork has served as Chief Executive Officer of Dararith Vathanakpheap Investment Co. Ltd., an investment company based in Cambodia, having served in roles of increasing responsibility with such company prior to that time, including as Finance Director from February 2014 to December 2016. Ms. Ork gained her bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance from Build Bright University, Cambodia, in 2009.

Hoo Keng Wai, 53

Since May 2021, Mr. Hoo has been Executive Chairman of Nusantara Sino Global Holdings PVT Ltd., which he co-founded in May 2021. Since July 2017, Mr. Hoo has been a founder and Executive Director of Trainers Asia PVT Ltd. Since November 2019, Mr. Hoo has served as the President of the One Belt One Road (OBOR) Southeast Asian NGOs Alliance, to promote trade and investment in the region. Since October 2019, Mr. Hoo has served as an Advisory Council Member for OBOR Malaysia’s economic development. Since May 2018, Mr. Hoo has served as an Audit Council member for Laman Seri Business Park, entrusted with the developer’s financial and audit matters. From June 2010 to June 2018, Mr. Hoo served as the Advisor and Treasurer of the Malaysian Association of Brand & Image Consultants and oversaw all financial related matters in the association. Since 2006, Mr. Hoo has been Chief Executive Officer of the Chapter One Asia Group of Companies, which he founded in March 2006. Mr. Hoo has led Chapter One to one of Malaysia’s largest brand image organizations. Mr. Hoo studied International Business Management at the Asia Pacific International Institute between 2006 and 2009.
