Changjiang Chi, 44
Director and Chief Executive Officer
Changjiang (River) Chi, age 44, began serving as our Chief Executive Officer on September 11, 2023. Mr. Chi served as the Chief Financial Officer of Venus Acquisition Corporation, a similar SPAC company which completed its initial business combination in December 2022. From July 2018 to October 2019, Mr. Chi served as the Chief Financial Officer for Greenland Acquisition Corporation, a SPAC company. Mr. Chi has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Alum Developing (Shanghai), Inc., a distributor of alloys in China, since November 2017 and previously served as the company’s Chief Operating Officer starting in 2013. From 2003 to 2005, Mr. Chi served as manufacturing engineer for Darfon Electronics (SuZhou) Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of telecommunication components and precision devices. Mr. Chi received a bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University and a MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
Ling Cao, 44
Director and Chief Financial Officer
Ling (Cindy) Cao has been serving as our Chief Financial Officer since May 27, 2024 and a member of our board of directors. Ms. Cao currently is also serving as Director of Human Resources for StarShine Semiconductor Co., Ltd. , she took that position in June 2022. Previously, she worked as Deputy Director of Human Resources for Jun Jie Shang Internet Technology Co, Ltd. from November 2020 to January 2022. She served as an independent consultant for Longevity Acquisition Corporation from April 2019 to October 2020. Ms. Cao received Bachelor of Finance degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.

Yu Chen, 59
Director Nominee
Mr. Chen serves as an independent director of Venus Acquisition Corporation, a similar SPAC company which completed its public offering in February 2021. Mr. Chen also served as an independent director of Greenland Acquisition Corporation from July 2018 to October 2019. Mr. Chen has served as a founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nanjing Covision Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., a developer of display and lighting applications in China, since October 2013. From 2009 to 2013, Mr. Chen worked at HiSense Broadband and Multimedia Technologies, most recently serving as a Deputy Director of Technology. In 2008, Mr. Chen served as a senior engineer for Luminus Devices, a designer of light extractions for LED products. Prior to that, Mr. Chen worked as an engineer for various technology companies in China and North American and as a researcher at the University of Waterloo, since 1986. Mr. Chen received a master degree from the University of Waterloo in Canada and a Ph.D. from McMaster University in Canada
Ziqiang Zheng, 52
Director Nominee
Mr. Zheng served as Chief Operating Officer of Greenland Acquisition Corporation from July 2018 to October 2019. He has served as the Co-founder and CEO of MIF China Services Limited since January 2015. Previously, Mr. Zheng served as an Executive Director at JP Morgan from October 2011 to December 2014, Vice President at Fullerton Financial Holdings from November 2006 to September 2011, Assistant President at Beijing Equity Exchange from December 2003 to October 2006, and Senior Manager at CITIC Securities from July 2000 to December 2003. Mr. Zheng acted as financial advisor to complete numerous M&A and financing transactions, including Shenzhen Energy Group’s acquisition of Shen Neng Energy Management Co., Ltd. for RMB 7.6 billion, JP Morgan’s investment in China’s Bridge Trust Company, FFH’s acquisition of Yantai Commercial Bank and CITIC Guoan Group’s acquisition of Hunan Province Cable TV Networks. Mr. Zheng holds a Bachelor of Science from Beijing Normal University and a Master and a Ph.D. degree of Economics from Renmin University of China.
Tao Wang, 56
Director Nominee
Ms. Wang has been a private investor with focus on telecom and pharmaceutical sectors since March 2019. From June 2008 to March 2019, Ms. Wang has served as a consultant in AT&T through UnixPro LLC in New Jersey, where she was in support of Enterprice Notification System (C-Bus). From September 2000 to October 2005, Ms. Wang has served as a Senior Software Engineer at the Terminal Design/Equity Group of Bloomberg LP in New York. Ms. Wang received a Master of Science in Computer Information System from Baruch College, CUNY in 2000. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Medicine from West China University of Medical Science.
