Ming Zhang, 36
Chief Executive Officer & Chairman

Ming Zhang has served as the Chairman of the Board of CCIS Securities Inc. since December 2021, focusing on managing several growth equity funds in China, and as a director for Softbank Ventures Asia Co., Ltd. since January 2021. Starting in September 2020 and ending in January 2022, Mr. Zhang served as the Chairman of the Board of Softbank Financial Holdings Group Limited, focusing on asset management. He also served as the CEO of Greencity Acquisition Corporation (Nasdaq: GRCY) from December 2019 to July 2021, and an independent director of Longevity Acquisition Corporation (Nasdaq: LOAC) from August 2018 to January 2020. Mr. Zhang has been co-managing several growth equity funds in China, including CCIN Capital Management Corp., which focuses on public private partnerships, non-performing assets and pre-IPO investments in China, since July 2018, Manzi Holding Corp., which focuses on venture capital investments in China, since June 2018, Ebula Investment Fund, which focuses on angel round investment and consulting services in China, since December 2017, Blue Stone Capital, which focuses on private equity fund management, since March 2015, and Mingen Capital, which focuses on funds management in China, since March 2013. Mr. Zhang has specialized in equity and debt financing for public private partnership projects, including infrastructure projects and characteristic town projects recently promoted by the Chinese government. From 2007 to 2012, Mr. Zhang founded and operated three start-up internet commerce companies including Seven Day Ecommerce Co., Ltd, New Dream Technology Co., Ltd. and Weipin Industries Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhang received his MBA degree from Zhejiang University.

Zhihua Zhu, 36
Chief Financial Officer

Zhihua Zhu was the founder and Chairman of Huahanzhaotian Investment Management Co., Ltd. from December 2014 to May 2021 where she became a Certified M&A Dealmaker and passed the Fund Qualification Exam of Asset Management Association of China. Prior to that, she worked as the Account Executive of the First Hunan Private Jet and Yacht Show from March 2012 to December 2014. From June 2009 to January 2012, she served as a professional manager and International Certified Financial Advisor at Xincheng Life Insurance Limited Company, where she completed the courses with International Association of Registered Financial Consultants and became a Registered Financial Consultant. Prior to that, she interned at Zurich Financial Services Group as a Financial Advisor from July 2007 to June 2009. She is pursuing a degree in Business Administration at University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. She graduated from Insurance Professional College with a double major in Financial Management and Practice and Insurance.

Independent Director

Xiang Ou has served as the Chairman and Manager of Junlian Investment (Zhuhai) Group Co., Ltd. since December 2021 and the executive director, CEO of Hangzhou Kangaroo Culture Media Co., Ltd. since July 2020. He had served as the executive director and legal representative of Shanghai Qinghao Business Consulting Co., Ltd. since July 2021, the supervisor of Hangzhou Musheng Holding Group Co., Ltd. since August 2020. He worked as CEO at Diamond One Entertainment from December 2013 to November 2017. Prior to that, Mr. Ou served as the operation director of Hangzhou Qiannian Culture Media Co., Ltd. between December 2010 and September 2013. Mr. Ou received a Bachelor of Law degree from PLA Nanjing Army Command College in 2011.

Mei Wu, 40
Independent Director

Ms. Wu has served as the CEO of Mars Far East International Investment Holding Group Limited since July 2021, the investment consultant for Zhejiang Guorui Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Lianhong Automobile Services Co., Ltd. since March 2020, the chairperson of Hainan Rockefeller Family Office Co., Ltd. since November 2019. Prior to that, she served as the president of investment banking department at Shanghai Rice Bag Investment Group Co., Ltd., the general manager at Huzhou and Wuxi branches of Zhejiang Hangbiao Automobile Sales Co., Ltd., and head of legal and compliance department of Zhejiang Huilong Guarantor Co., Ltd., from 2011 to 2019. Ms. Wu received an MBA degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University in 2015.

Bin Zhu, 42
Independent Director

Mr. Zhu has served as the director of Morgan Venture Investment (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd. since May 2021, the CEO of Qingdao Pengtong Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. since April 2019, and a partner at Zhejiang Yunju Investment Management Co., Ltd. since December 2017. Prior to that, he was the general manager at Zhejiang Baoze Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. from June 2018 to August 2020. He served as the president of asset management department at PICC Property and Casualty Company Limited Jiaxing Branch since October 2018. Mr. Zhu received an MBA from the Beijing University of International Business and Economics in January 2008.

Yuxi Xiong, 31

Mr. Xiong has served as a partner at the Shanghai branch of China Venture Capital since October 2020. Prior to that, he was a partner at Shanghai Black Box Asset Management Co., Ltd. from August 2018 to September 2020. From March 2015 to May 2020, he served as the executive director of Shanghai Xi’er Information Technology Co., Ltd. Mr. Xiong served as the executive director at several companies, including Suzhou Green Ridge Solar Power Generation Co., Ltd. from August 2016 to September 2018, Suzhou Yaoneng Solar Power Generation Co., Ltd. from September 2017 to September 2018, and Jiangsu Enertech Energy Services Co., Ltd. from March 2017 to March 2019. Prior to that, he served as a director and the general manager of Shanghai Linquan Investment Management Co., Ltd. from September 2015 to February 2018. He previously served as the director of Shanghai Yaolan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. from March 2016 to December 2016. Mr. Xiong received a master’s degree in information and data science from the University of Warwick in 2014 and an undergraduate degree in computer science from the University of Liverpool in 2013.
