Ziad Ghandour, 53
Chief Executive Officer and Director
Mr. Ghandour, has spent his career building, operating and investing in businesses, both in the private and public markets, in the United States and abroad. Since 1999, Mr. Ghandour has been the principal of TI Capital Management, LLC (“TI Capital”), a Los Angeles-based multinational investment firm with focuses in technology, financial services, real estate and energy, where he has headed the funds’ activities and expansions. Mr. Ghandour has also served as a director of Miura Systems, Ltd since 2019 and Open Influence, Inc. since 2014. Mr. Ghandour holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
Jordan Plemmons, 32
Chief Financial Officer
Since November, 2016, Mr. Plemmons has been a Vice President at TI Capital, where he oversees the day to day operations of private equity, venture capital, and public equity investments including sourcing, due diligence, evaluating existing and prospective investments, and making investment recommendations. Mr. Plemmons has served as a director of Frame Health, Inc. since 2019 and Bitmo, Inc. since 2020. Prior to joining TI Capital, from June, 2011 to July, 2016, Mr. Plemmons was an Associate Vice President at J.P. Morgan Private Bank in New York, Seattle and Los Angeles, where he advised high net worth families and small institutions across investments, credit, and private transactions. Mr. Plemmons’ holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Finance from Oregon State University.
Matthew Grimes, 27

Since August 2020, Mr. Grimes has been the Managing Director and Partner at Falcon Peak Partners, LLC. Mr. Grimes leads the company’s day-to-day activities and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to joining Falcon Peak, from June, 2012 to August 2020, Mr. Grimes worked for Colony Capital (NYSE:CLNY). Mr Grimes became a Managing Director in January 2019, at which point he was the youngest Managing Director of Colony in the firm’s history. Mr. Grimes acted as the deputy to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Colony. Mr. Grimes received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Thomas Barrack, 73
Chairman of the Board of Directors
Mr. Barrack is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Colony Capital, Inc. (“Colony Capital”). Prior to founding Colony Capital in 1991, Mr. Barrack was a Principal with the Robert M. Bass Group, the principal investment vehicle of Mr. Robert M. Bass. Prior to joining the Robert M. Bass Group, Mr. Barrack served in the Reagan administration as Deputy Undersecretary of the Department of the Interior. From June 2010 to February 2020, Mr. Barrack served on the board of directors of First Republic Bank, a full service bank and wealth management firm. From January 2016 through June 2017, Mr. Barrack served as co-chairman of the board of trustees of Colony Starwood Homes (NYSE: SFR), a leading single-family rental real estate investment trust. From January 2014 to May 2016, Mr. Barrack served on the board of directors of Carrefour S.A., a French multinational retailer. From January 2006 to April 2013, Mr. Barrack served on the public board of directors of Accor, S.A., a major global hotel group listed on Euronext Paris. Mr. Barrack has also served on the public board of Challenger Financial Services Group Limited, a diversified financial services organization listed on the Australian Securities Exchange from November 2007 to October 2010. From August 1994 to September 2007, Mr. Barrack served on the board of Continental Airlines, Inc., one of the largest passenger airlines in the United States, including as a member of its Corporate Governance Committee, Executive Committee and Human Resources Committee. In 2010 French president Nicolas Sarkozy awarded him France’s Chevalier de la Légion d’honneur. Mr. Barrack received a Bachelor of Arts in 1969 from the University of Southern California. He attended law school at the University of San Diego and the University of Southern California, where he was an editor of the law review, and received a Juris Doctor in 1972 from the University of San Diego. Mr. Barrack is the recipient of an Honorary Doctorate of Jurisprudence degree from Pepperdine University and a Trustee at the University of Southern California.
Mark Hedstrom, 62

Mr. Hedstrom currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Colony Capital, Inc., where he has been employed since 1993. Prior to the combination of Colony Capital, LLC and Colony Financial, Inc. into a predecessor of Colony Capital in 2015, Mr. Hedstrom was the global Chief Financial Officer for Colony Capital, LLC. In that role he was responsible for management of the financial and operating aspects of its funds management business, which included oversight of Colony Capital LLC’s financial, human resources, information technology, risk management and investor reporting functions. Prior to joining the Colony Capital, Mr. Hedstrom held senior positions with Koll International and Castle Pines Land Company. Mr. Hedstrom spent five years with Ernst & Young, where he was a Senior Manager. Mr. Hedstrom is a Certified Public Accountant (license inactive) and received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Colorado. We believe that Mr. Hedstrom is well qualified to serve as a director due to his financial expertise on various capital markets transactions and on mergers and acquisitions.
James Healy, 69
Director Nominee
Since 2010, Mr. Healy has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Capra Ibex Advisors LLC, a registered investment advisor he founded to provide investment and risk management advice to financial institutions. Prior to founding Capra Ibex Advisors LLC, Mr. Healy had a 25-year career in the investment banking arm of the Credit Suisse Group, where he served as Global Head of the Fixed Income Division from 2003 to 2007. While at Credit Suisse, Mr. Healy also served as the Global Co-Head of Credit Suisse Financial Products, the Head of the Relative Value and Arbitrage Trading Group and the Global Head of Emerging Markets Group. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Mr. Healy was an economist at the International Monetary Fund, having served as a consultant to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development. From January 2015 to October 2020, Mr. Healy served on the Board of Directors of E*Trade, where he served on the Risk Oversight Committee and Compensation Committee. Mr. Healy received a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University, a M.Sc. degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Ph.D. in Economics from Princeton University.
