Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of the Board

Mr. Charlton has over 10 years of experience in legal, corporate management, and entrepreneurship. Mr. Charlton has served as legal representative and managing director of You Bao Network Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, a software development company, since November 2015; legal representative and Chairman of Chi Yan Business Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, a consulting company, since November 2015; CEO and a board member of Two Four Seven Limited, an event and travel ticketing, entertainment IP creation, commercialization and production company, since December 2016; a director of 247Collective Ltd since June 2016; legal representative and managing director of Shanghai Di Mai Culture Communication Co., Ltd, an event planning company, since December 2018; a director of China Payments Service Ltd, a consulting company, since July 2019; a director of UShow Ltd, a media company based in the U.K., since September 2020; and legal representative and Chairman of Nian Jiu Jian Culture Development (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, an event planning company, since October 2021. Mr. Charlton received a Bachelor of Science in Anatomy and Physiology from University of Dundee in 2003.

Michel Friedman, 54
Chief Financial Officer and Director

Mr. Friedman has over 20 years of experience in investments and corporate transactions. In August 2021, Mr. Friedman co-founded Reflect Ventures, which syndicates venture investments in high-potential startups across the world. Previously, Mr. Friedman was CFO and director of Xinhua Pictures, a leading enterprise of film and television, from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, Mr. Friedman was Managing Director, Member of Investment Committee of Wanxin Culture and Technology Investment Fund, responsible for investment, financial analysis, and risk management, from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, Mr. Friedman was a director at Shune River Capital, a boutique investment bank that focuses on cross-border transactions, from 2012 to 2017. Mr. Friedman received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from MIT in 1989, and EMBA Global Asia from Columbia Business School, London Business School and HKU Business School in 2014. Additionally, Mr. Friedman is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.

Independent Director

Mr. Chan has over 20 years of experience in accountancy, investment, and business management. Since May 2014, Mr. Chan has served as CFO of Richemont Commercial Co. Ltd, a luxury goods supplier. Prior to that, Mr. Chan was Financial Controller, China from 2011 to 2013 and Financial Director, China from 2013 to 2014 at Burberry (Shanghai) Trading Co. Ltd, a global luxury brand. Prior to that, from July 2005 to September 2007, Mr. Chan was Financial Controller of Zegna Trading (Shanghai) Co. Ltd, a luxury fashion house. Mr. Chan received an Executive MBA from Kellogg School, Northwestern University and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Business School in 2002, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Macquarie University in 1990. Mr. Chan is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand and a CPA in Australia.

Stefan Dodov, 33

Since May 2020, Mr. Dodov has served as manager at BCC Global, an experts network and market research provider serving the world’s top investment firms, corporations and consulting firms. Previously, Mr. Dodov was a compliance advisor at AllBright Law Offices from December 2018 to May 2020, corporate counselor and client manager at Junzejun Law Firm from June 2018 to December 2018, and legal compliance consultant at Hawk Consulting from September 2016 to April 2018. Mr. Dodov received a Bachelor of Laws from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in 2011, a Master of Laws from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in 2015 and a Master of Laws from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2016.

Daniel Peart, 39
Independent Director

Mr. Peart has served as Vice President — Supplier Technical Assistance and Purchasing at Jaguar Land Rover, a producer of luxury vehicles, since 2013. Mr. Peart received a bachelor’s degree in Product Design & Manufacturing Engineering from Loughborough University in 2007.
