Instructions:
The current page defaults to year-to-date 2022 and, as a place holder, Ellenoff Grossman & Schole as the law firm. However, you can change any of the parameters in the upper right hand corner of the table to see any law firm, or multiple law firms, and change the time period, industry, or SPAC status.
For example, if you wanted to see all technology-focused SPACs where Ellenoff Grossman & Schole, is left-lead underwriter, in 2022 YTD, you would simply add the filter “Technology” under the Industry filter. All averages will then be recalculated. Additionally, if you hover your mouse over any of the titles in the boxes on the page, a prompt will appear further explaining what information the box is showing.
All data is downloadable in any of the boxes. Just hover your mouse in a field and you will see a download icon appear that you can click on.
Lastly, you can access any of the SPAC deals listed in the table at the bottom of the page by click on the SPAC name which will bring you to its profile page.
