Executive Officers
Hing Bong Humbert Pang, 51
Chief Executive Officer and Director
Mr. Pang has been the Managing Principal and Head of China of GCP since 2006. Mr. Pang is also a member of the investment committee of GCP. Mr. Pang has 25 years of real estate experience in China and previously served as a Director of Shanghai Li Xing Hotels Limited and Landton Limited, joint ventures between Shui On Group and Shanghai Hotel Investments Limited. Prior to joining GCP, Mr. Pang was one of the founding members of First Pacific Davies’ China operation, which was later acquired by Savills Plc, and served as the Regional Director and Head of Investment and valuation consultancy at Savills China Limited. Mr. Pang is also a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, and a Visiting Fellow at The Land Economy Department of Cambridge University. Mr. Pang holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of London and a Master of Science in Property Investment from the City University Business School, London.
Goodwin Gaw, 52
Co-Founder, Chairman of the Board and Director
Mr. Gaw has been the Chairman, Managing Principal and Co-Founder of GCP since 2005. Mr. Gaw is also a member of the investment committee of GCP. Mr. Gaw has over 25 years of real estate investment and management experience in the United States and Asia. Mr. Gaw has also served as the Vice Chairman of Pioneer Global Group, a company listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited since 1994, and Founder and President of Downtown Properties, LLC, a multi-faceted real estate investment, management and development company, since 1991. Mr. Gaw was awarded “Industry Figure of the Year” by Global PERE Awards in 2013, 2015 and 2018. Mr. Gaw holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the School of Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Science in Construction Management from Stanford University.
Christina Gaw, 48
Co-Founder
Ms. Gaw has been the Managing Principal and Head of Capital Markets of GCP since 2008. Ms. Gaw has also served as an Executive Director of Pioneer Global Group since 2014, as well as an independent non-executive director and a member of the Finance & General Committee and the Sustainability Committee of CLP Holdings, a company listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited engaged in the power business in the Asia Pacific region, since 2020. Ms. Gaw was named Global PERE’s Rainmaker30 and awarded “Business Women of the Year Awards” by CEO Today Global Awards in 2019. Ms. Gaw has over 25 years of investment banking and investment management experience in the Asia-Pacific region, having worked at UBS and Goldman Sachs for 15 years during her investment banking career, covering major institutional clients around the globe in Asian Equities. Prior to joining GCP, Ms. Gaw was a Managing Director at UBS, heading up the Asia Pacific Capital Introduction effort for alternative products; prior to that, she was the Head of Regional Sales in Equities Distribution at UBS. Ms. Gaw holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco.
Ka Kui Kenneth Chiu, 45
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Chiu has been the Chief Financial Officer of GCP since 2013. Prior to joining GCP, Mr. Chiu worked at Temasek Holdings as a Director in the China Investment team. Mr. Chiu has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance and direct investment in Asia and over six years of experience in auditing and accounting in the Greater China region. Prior to joining Temasek Holdings, Mr. Chiu worked in Deutsche Bank’s Global Corporate Finance team in Asia and served in PricewaterhouseCoopers Hong Kong as an Audit Manager. Mr. Chiu is a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong, and a Chartered Accountant in the United Kingdom. Mr. Chiu holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and a Master of Science in Finance from the London Business School.

Roy Kuan, 54

Mr. Kuan currently is a private investor across a variety of asset classes and serves on the boards or advisory boards of several private and public companies across the telecom, media and technology (“TMT”), consumer, and industrial sectors in Asia. Mr. Kuan previously served as a Managing Partner at CVC Capital Partners (“CVC”), a global private equity firm where he co-founded CVC’s Asian business, from 1999 to 2020. Mr. Kuan also served as a member of CVC’s board of directors and its Asia investment and portfolio committees from 2008 to 2020. Prior to CVC, Mr. Kuan was an Investment Director at Citigroup’s Asian private equity investment division from 1996 to 1999. During his private equity career, Mr. Kuan was a senior team member of several investments in the TMT sectors, including Hong Kong Broadband Network (broadband services, Hong Kong), Arteria Networks (enterprise data communications, Japan), Technopro Holdings (R&D staffing, Japan), CJ CGV (cinemas, South Korea) and 39 Home Shopping (media commerce, Korea). Mr. Kuan currently serves as a director or advisory board member of several other technology related companies, including E-Broker (online wealth management, China), Point Avenue Holdings (education technology, Southeast Asia), and Computime Group Limited (IoT controls, Hong Kong). Mr. Kuan received his MBA degree from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He earned his B.A. degree from the Georgetown University, where he was a George F. Baker Scholar. Mr. Kuan also serves on the Wharton School’s Asia Executive Board.
Loren Bough, 53
Independent Director Nominee
Mr. Bough is an active angel investor and has been a board member of several private and public companies in technology, real estate and consumer sectors, including Big Sky Investment Holdings since 2015, Prescient Co Inc since 2018 and Taurus Investment Holdings since 2019. Mr. Bough has developed over 31 years of experience in trading and risk managements, since the start of his career at Morgan Stanley in 1990 and through the time when he was a partner of UBS Investment Bank, where he oversaw equity trading and risk management. From 2001 to 2012, Mr. Bough managed his own private investment vehicle and invested in a number of Russia-based companies, for example, among others, Lenta, a leading Russian retailer listed on LSE (Symbol: LNTA). In addition, Mr. Bough is a director of Khosla Ventures Acquisition Co. III, a blank check company that focuses on technology industry recently listed on NASDAQ (Symbol: KVSC). He also serves on the board for Harvard University/Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies and Chairman of the Property and Environment Research Center, Warren Miller Performing Art Center and Big Sky School District Board of Trustees. Mr. Bough received his B.A. degree from Harvard University in 1990, where he graduated with honors.
