Executive Officers

Mark Rosen, 58
Chief Executive Officer and Director

Mr. Rosen has served as Acting Executive Director of the United States at the International Monetary Fund since May 2019. Previously he was the Deputy Assistant Secretary of International Financial Markets at the United States Treasury. Mr. Rosen is a highly experienced investment banker who has held senior positions at Bank of America (“BofA’’), where he was Head and later Chairman of its Latin America investment banking division. Prior to joining BofA, Mr. Rosen was the Head of the Latin America Financial Institutions Group at Credit Suisse, the Head of Latin America M&A at UBS, and the Head of Latin America Investment Banking at Barclays. Mr. Rosen received a Master of Arts in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the Oxford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.


Juan Goicochea, 38
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Goicoechea is currently Principal at Nexus Group. Since 2013, Mr. Goicoechea has been an Executive Director of Nexus Group. He has had several C-level roles in different portfolio companies, his last was Chief Executive Officer at Sinea (Pan-American packaging manufacturer) where he successfully led its turnaround. Prior to joining Nexus Group, Mr. Goicoechea was an investment banker in the Latin America investment banking division of Credit Suisse in New York. Previously, he was a consultant with Deloitte and Boston Consulting Group in Madrid. Mr. Goicoechea has a master’s degree in nuclear energy from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and has an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Carlos Tomas Rodriguez-Pastor, 61
Chairman of the Board

Mr. Rodriguez-Pastor is the founder, and together with his family, has control Intercorp since 1995. Mr. Rodriguez-Pastor has served as the Chairman of Intercorp Financial Services (IFS) since 2007. Mr. Rodriguez-Pastor is also the founder and managing partner of Nexus Group, a leading Andean region private equity firm , since 1998. Since 1995, Mr. Rodriguez-Pastor has also served as Interbank’s Chairman and was Interbank’s interim Chief Executive Officer during 2010. In addition, Mr. Rodriguez-Pastor serves as director of Inteligo Group Corp., Interseguro since 1998, Supermercados Peruanos since 2013, Tiendas Peruanas since 2008, Homecenters Peruanos since 2013, Colegios Peruanos since 2011, InRetail Peru Corp. since 2010, Financiera OH! S.A. since 2010, and Universidad Tecnológica del Peru since 2012, among others. Mr. Rodríguez-Pastor received a bachelor’s degree in social science from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.


Luis Felipe Castellanos Lopez Torres, 50
Director 

Mr. Castellanos has served as Chief Executive Officer of Intercorp Financial Services since April 2013 and as Interbank’s Chief Executive Officer since January 2011. Since May 2019, Mr. Castellanos has also served as one of Interseguro’s directors since 2019. Mr. Castellanos joined Interbank in 2006 as the Chief Executive Officer of Interfondos. He has served as Interbank’s Vice President for Retail Banking and Manager of the Mortgage and Real Estate Division. Previously, he was a Director in the investment banking division at Citigroup Global Markets in New York. Before joining Citigroup, Mr. Castellanos was responsible for the treasury department at Minera Yanacocha S.A. Mr. Castellanos received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Universidad del Pacífico and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.


Juan Pablo del Valle Perochena, 48
Director nominee

Mr. del Valle is the chairman of Orbia. Mr. Perochena has been the Chairman of Orbia Advance Corporation, S.A.B. de C.V., a subsidiary of Kaluz, S.A. de C.V., since 2011. Under his watch, Orbia has been transformed from a local chemical and petrochemical company, to a world leader in precision agriculture, data communications, and building materials. Prior to Orbia, Mr. Perochena worked for Telmex, where among other responsibilities he led the implementation of the first fiber optic sea cable project connecting the United States, Mexico, and South America. He serves on two public company boards in addition to Orbia, Elementia SAB, and Johnson Controls International PLC. He is is the Co-chairman of The Nature Conservancy´s Latin American Conservation Council. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Anáhuac University and a master of business administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School.


Martin Migoya, 53
Director nominee

Mr. Migoya has served as the chairman and chief executive officer of Globant SA since 2005. He is also a board member of Endeavor Argentina and a member of Argentina’s Production Council. Martín holds a degree in electrical engineering from La Plata University and an MBA from CEMA University.


Douglas Feagin, 55
Director nominee

Mr. Feagin has served as Senior Vice President of Ant Group since June 2016 and currently is Head of International Investments and Partnerships, having previously served as President of the International Business Group. Prior to Ant, Mr. Feagin was a Managing Director in the investment banking division of Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he last led the Financial Institutions Group for the U.S. and Latin America. He graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and received a Master of Business Administration degree from the Harvard Business School.


Antonia Stolper, 63
Director nominee

Ms. Stolper currently serves as Of Counsel with Shearman & Sterling’s Capital Markets practice. At Shearman & Sterling Ms. Stolper represented Latin American and Caribbean corporate and sovereign issuers and underwriters in debt and equity securities offerings and issuers, dealer managers and creditors on restructuring transactions in Latin America. She served as head of the Firm’s Latin America Affinity group and also served at various times as a member of the Executive Group, Americas Managing Partner and head of the Capital Markets group. She also served for many years as Director of the Council of the Americas and is a member of the Vance Center Committee of the New York City Bar Association where she has worked to promote pro bono in Latin America as well as helping to establish 19 Women in the Profession committees throughout the region. Ms. Stolper graduated from Yale College and New York University School of Law.
