Wanjiao Pu, 31
Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Pu currently serves as in-house counsel at Beijing Medlinker Tech Co., Ltd. where she started in November 2023. She worked as an in-house counsel at ZYSF Investment Co., Ltd., where she was responsible for Merger & Acquisition transactions, litigation and compliance matters from July 2022 to August 2023. From August 2016 to August 2020, Ms. Pu was actively involved in various investment projects as the in-house counsel at Puhui Wealth Investment Management Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ: PHCF). In that capacity, she handled initial public offering transaction, convertible bond issuance matters and financial licenses applications before the financial authorities of Hong Kong and mainland China. Ms. Pu started her career as a legal manager at Forest Eternal Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Guangdong Rongtai Industry Co., Ltd. (SH: 600589). She received a bachelor’s degree in finance and law from China Women’s University in June 2015.
Chi Zhuang, 35
Chief Financial Officer and Director
Mr. Zhuang previously served as our advisor since August 2022. From November 2021 to September 2022, Mr. Zhuang served as advisor of Golden Path Acquisition Corporation, a special purpose acquisition company, and advised the De-SPAC transaction for Golden Path. Mr. Zhuang was as a senior investment analyst at HakuCapital Global Investment Advisors, a multi-strategy investment firm based in Hong Kong, from May 2019 to November 2021. Mr. Zhuang started his career as an equity research associate at Oppenheimer Co. Inc. in New York in 2014. Mr. Zhuang received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Marquette University in 2014 and was a member of the AIM program.

Ziqiang Zheng, 52
Director
Mr. Zheng served as Chief Operating Officer of Greenland Acquisition Corporation from July 2018 to October 2019. He has served as the Co-founder and CEO of MIF China Services Limited since January 2015. Previously, Mr. Zheng served as an Executive Director at JP Morgan from October 2011 to December 2014, Vice President at Fullerton Financial Holdings from November 2006 to September 2011, Assistant President at Beijing Equity Exchange from December 2003 to October 2006, and Senior Manager at CITIC Securities from July 2000 to December 2003. Mr. Zheng acted as financial advisor to complete numerous M&A and financing transactions, including Shenzhen Energy Group’s acquisition of Shen Neng Energy Management Co., Ltd. for RMB 7.6 billion, JP Morgan’s investment in China’s Bridge Trust Company, FFH’s acquisition of Yantai Commercial Bank and CITIC Guoan Group’s acquisition of Hunan Province Cable TV Networks. He also served as member of the board of directors of Giant Oak Acquisition Corporation. Mr. Zheng holds a Bachelor of Science from Beijing Normal University and a Master and a Ph.D. degree of Economics from Renmin University of China.
Jun Liu, 53
Director
Mr. Liu has been an independent director of Golden Path Acquisition Corporation (Nasdaq: GPCO) since November 2020 and was an independent director of Longevity Acquisition Corporation (Nasdaq: LOAC) from August 2018 to March 2021. Mr. Liu has served as the president of Beijing Wanfeng Xingye Investment Management Co., Ltd. an investment company in China, since January 2014. From 2004 to January 2014, he served as the president of Zhongansheng Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. From 2002 to 2004, Mr. Liu served as the vice president of Beijing Xingyun Co., Ltd. From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Liu was the CEO of Weixin (China) Venture Investment Co., Ltd. and the director of Venture Capital Research Center of Renmin University. From 1993 to 1996, Mr. Liu served as government official in the State Auditing Administration. Mr. Liu received his Bachelor of Finance and Accounting degree from Wuhan University in 1989 and received his MBA degree from Renmin University China in 1999. His investment portfolios cover wide range of sectors, including TMT, education, clean energy, technology, and chemical industries. We believe Mr. Liu is qualified to serve as a director because of his extensive financial, investment and mergers and acquisition experiences and the extensive network he has established throughout his career.
Hai Lin, 57
Director
Mr. Lin has been the General Manager of Red 13 Financial Holdings (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. since January 2015, where Mr. Lin is responsible for project development and execution of M&A and corporate financing transactions. From October 2010 to December 2014, Mr. Lin served as Director and Vice President of Goral Sky Investment Co., Ltd., where Mr. Lin was responsible for advising Chinese companies going public in US capital markets. From January 2007 to September 2010, Mr. Lin served as General Manager of Longtou Investment (China) Limited, a firm specialized in advising Chinese companies going public in US capital markets. From January 2004 to December 2006, Mr. Lin served as Vice President of Pacific Net Inc. (Nasdaq: PACT), where Mr. Lin was responsible for investor relationship, public filings under the Securities and Exchange Act, mergers and acquisitions related activity and corporate finance matters.
