Haiyi Lu, 38
Chief Executive Officer and Chairman

Ms. Lu established Great Chiliocosm World Pisces (Tianjin) Enterprise Management Co. and has served as the General Manager since January 2021. Ms. Lu served as a Senior Director of Wealth Management Operations in JD Digits Technology Holdings Co. Ltd. (“JD Digits”) from April 2020 to August 2020. JD Digits is a digital financial platform operated under JD.com. From September 2018 to March 2020, Ms. Lu worked at BitMain Technology Co., Ltd. (“BitMain”), a technology company specialized in the innovation and the development of customized computing chips used in, among other things, the blockchain and artificial intelligence sectors. Ms. Lu founded BitMain’s crypto assets mining service business, BitDeer Technology Co., Ltd. (“BitDeer”) where she acted as the chief executive officer from December 2018 to March 2020. From January 2011 to September 2018, Ms. Lu served as the managing director of gaming business of Qihoo 360 Technology Co., Ltd. (SHSE.601360, “Qihoo 360”), where she oversees strategic investments, business operations, as well as project innovation. From July 2004 to December 2009, Ms. Lu was employed with Shenzhen Tencent Computer Systems Company Limited (HK.00700), where she held various positions including strategic analyst, operational analyst and product development officer.

Huang Huang, 36
Chief Financial Officer and Director

Mr. Huang Huang has extensive experience in venture capital, private equity investments and mergers and acquisitions. In January 2017, Mr. Huang founded Great Chiliocosm Capital, a private equity and venture capital management firm in China, and has been a founding partner ever since. Great Chiliocosm Capital specializes in venture capital investments in mobile internet and cultural consumer goods sectors. From December 2015 to December 2016, Mr. Huang served at Qihoo 360 Security Technology Inc. (SHSE: 601360), an internet security solutions provider, where he acted as the investment management director. From June 2014 to December 2015, Mr. Huang served as investment director at Ourpalm Co., Ltd. (SZSE: 300315), a mobile game innovation and development company, where his primary duty was overseeing venture capital investments, mostly in mobile internet sector. From June 2011 to June 2014, Mr. Huang served as a senior advisor of post investment management for Hony Horizon Fund Management Co., Ltd.

Xiaojun Pan, 46
Director Nominee

Mr. Xiaojun Pan served as a Corporate Consultant for Alliance PKU Management Consultants Ltd, where he has served as a management consultant for many companies, including OKAY Group, Xiaomi Group, and Shandong Public Holdings Limited. From April 2016 to April 2019, Mr. Pan served as the Chief Operating Officer of OKLINK/OKCoin, a crypto trading platform, where he was in charge of the President’s Office, Human Resources Department, Administration Department, Brand PR Department, Operation Strategy Department, Digital Asset Sales Department, User Support Department, Huaian Operation Center, among other departments. From May 2014 to February 2016, Mr. Pan was the Chief Executive Officer of Shenzhen CJOL Human Resources Co.(dba China Talent Hotline), Ltd, where he was responsible for the daily management of a company with 300+ employees and annual revenue of more than $60 million, undertaking targets set by the board of directors and reporting regularly to the board on the company’s operations. From May 2012 to May 2014, Mr. Pan was the HR Director of Zhaopin Ltd, a subsidiary of Zhilian that specializes in the recruitment of overseas students and high-end talent, where he was responsible for the overall management of the Group’s President’s Office, Purchasing Department, Human Resources Department, Administration Department CHO Editorial Department, Wisdom Institute and Internal Compliance Department. From October 2010 to May 2012, Mr. Pan was the Post-investment Director of Honey Capital, where he maintained close relationships with executives of portfolio companies to provide value to these companies, by participating in the formulation, supervision and implementation of the company’s business strategic planning and management policies. From April 2007 to October 2010, Mr. Pan was the Consulting Manger of IBM, where he led team members in identifying client issues, planning projects and delivering outcomes.

Xiaoguang Zheng, 39
Director Nominee

Mr. Zheng served as the HR Director of Uni Hiku Group Co. Ltd., a smart city operator, where he is participates in arbitration and non-litigation legal affairs related to human resources. In this role, he also handles government relations, manages staffing, and monitors public opinions of the company. From December 2018 to April 2020, he served as a Human Resources Recruitment Assistant General Manager at Tahoe Investment Group Co. (SZSE: 00732), where he was responsible for the recruitment of senior executives and the management of organizational officers of the company. From October 2017 to December 2018, Mr. Zheng, he served as the General Manager of the Human Resources Administration Department of Zhihe Travel Service Co., a ride-sharing service provider where he was responsible for the construction and development of the whole human resources control and management system module. In this role, he also participated in personnel recruitment and hiring management, personnel compensation and benefits system construction and improvement. From November 2016 to October 2017, Mr. Zheng served as Recruitment Director of China Fortune Land Development Co., Ltd (SHSE: 600340), where he was responsible for system control, regional control, channel control, talent pool management, and management training. From March 2016 to November 2016, Mr. Zheng was the HR Director of Xinyuan Technology Service Group Co., where he recruited 21 senior executive above the director level. In this role, he also organized and implemented the creation of a standardization and efficiency control model for real estate projects, worked on the “XinQiHang” training system for new employees, the “XinLingHang” reserve cadres upgrading training, and examined the suitability of senior officials above the middle level of the Group. From April 2015 to March 2016, Mr. Zheng served as the General Manager of the HR Director of Wanda Kidsland Group Co., where he was responsible for HR recruitment, compensation and performance, training, assessment and the construction and development of the whole human resources management and system module. Additionally, he trained talent for the opening of more than 100 stores throughout the year, and established a talent ladder reserve, training, incentive and selection system. From January 2013 to April 2015, Mr. Zheng was the Senior Recruitment Manager for Dalian Wanda Group Co., where he was responsible for recruiting marketing executives for domestic projects, professional and technical executives for the cultural tourism and commercial planning institute, as well as executives in functional departments in the headquarters.

Qiao Gong, 38
Director Nominee

Mr. Qiao Gong served as a Consultant to Beijing Dongjian Technology Company Ltd, where he acts as a strategic and financing consultant for the company. From May 2019 to May 2020, Mr. Gong served as the Chief Executive Officer of Beijing Touch Tech (COCOS Engine), a mobile games research and development company, where he was responsible for the most recent round of strategic financing. He also oversaw daily management for the company and was responsible for the cloud gaming business construction for the corporation. From November 2018 until March 2019, Mr. Gong served as a Game Business Consultant and Vice President of COL Digital Publishing Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE: 300364), where he was responsible for releasing the game, “Door of the Sky”. In this role, he was responsible for sorting and reactivating historical gaming projects. From September 2017 to November 2018, Mr. Gong served as the Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of the Game Industry Section of Zeus Interactive, a mobile game developer, where he oversaw the gaming sections of the company’s subsidiaries, including Leishang Interaction, Oasis Game, All Fun, Aisi Assistant, One-Flower Texas, Pocket Texas, and Pipi Mahjong. From December 2014 to August 2017, Mr. Gong served as the General Manager of the Mobile Game Operation at Qihoo 360, where he oversaw the live stream product, Wukong, and was a member of the Voting Committee of 360 Game Business. From February 2010 to November 2014, Mr. Gong served as the Vice President and Producer and General Manager of the Studio of Shengqu Games (formerly Shanda Games), where was responsible for Shanda Games’s first self-reliant research and development web game, “Champion Soccer Manager.”
