Daniel Hatton, 35
Chief Executive Officer and Director
Daniel Hatton is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Commonwealth Fashion Council (“CWFC”), a not-for-profit organization in London dedicated to promoting and developing the Commonwealth Fashion Industries. Under Mr. Hatton’s leadership since January 2014, CWFC is a council of fashion industries and related stakeholders. CWFC believes that by pulling together stakeholders and assets, CWFC has a unique platform to resolve problems, adapt to sudden change and to harness opportunities for collection growth. CWFC delivers programs in collaboration with its members, programs that focus on furthering sustainable fashion, fashion education, responsible trade and embedding the Commonwealth Fashion Industries’ principles and values into our operations. Prior to the running CWFC, Mr. Hatton worked from 2010 to 2012 with Serpentine Galleries Contemporary Arts Gallery in London and Liberty Department Stores in London from 2005-2010. Mr. Hatton is a graduate of University for the Creative Arts, Rochester, Kent United Kingdom in 2008 and from Central Saint Martins, London, United Kingdom in 2013.
Donna K. Wong, 54

Donna K. Wong brings more than 20 years of experience assisting private and public, small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), primarily in the technology space, in raising capital, investor relations, strategic planning and finance. Since August 2019, Ms. Wong has served as a Managing Director of On Point Advisors Inc. where she provides consulting and advisory services to SMEs. Previously, Ms. Wong was a Senior Manager of Financial Reporting for Fairfax Africa from January 2018 to July 2019. From June 2008 to December 2017, Ms. Wong served as Vice President of Finance of ViXS Systems Inc., a publicly traded company on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) and from March 2001 to June 2008 as Director of Finance. Ms. Wong positioned ViXS, previously a private, venture capital-backed technology start-up, for growth by implementing the necessary infrastructure and corporate governance policies to scale, developing viable financial models, planning capital needs and mentoring a high- performance team. She raised $57.4 million in a private equity round, prior to taking company public on the TSX via a reverse take-over transaction. While at ViXS, Ms. Wong secured $25 million in federal and provincial government assistance to fund R&D projects and streamlined and restructured operations in advance of the sale of the company to Pixelworks Inc, a publicly traded company on the NASDAQ, which acquired VIXS in 2017. Prior to joining ViXS in 2001, Ms. Wong held senior finance positions with 724 Solutions Inc., AMD (formerly ATI Technologies Inc.) and EDS (formerly SHL Systemhouse Inc.), where she specialized in strategic planning, financial reporting and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to 1993, Ms. Wong spent five years as an internal auditor and public accountant for various retail and manufacturing industries. Ms. Wong is a CPA, CA, CMA since 1992 and holds a Master of Accounting earned in 1990 and Honors Bachelor of Arts degrees earned in 1989 from the University of Waterloo.

Maurice Ernest Scully, 53
Chairman of the Board
Maurice Ernest Scully is widely recognized for his vast exposure to foreign investments, consultancy and corporate takeovers and mergers in particular involving foreign jurisdictions such as Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, China PRC and Australia. Mr. Scully has served as the Managing Partner and Head of the Litigation Department of Messrs. M. Scully Advocates & Solicitors, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia since November 2011. Mr. Scully has immense experience over nearly 30 years in a wide area of civil and commercial dispute resolution, arbitration, company law, land law and criminal law related matters, appearing for cases of his clients at all tiers of Malaysia Courts for trials and appeals. From August 1998 to October 2011, Mr. Scully served as Partner and Head of Litigation Department at Messrs. Scully Yoon Advocates and Solicitors, Kuala Lumpur where he handled corporate and commercial matters such as share-financing agreements, joint venture of land agreements, acquisition of shares agreements, maintenance and service agreements for telecommunications equipment, distributorship agreements, agency agreements, partnership agreements, software-systems project agreements and investment agreements. From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Scully worked as a legal associate specializing in civil and criminal litigation where he was responsible to monitor and delegate the respective litigation files and for banking and financial institutions clients and various corporate clients. During this time, Mr. Scully continued to take on and handle various criminal matters within his capacity such as offences relating to possession of drugs, robbery, gaming, theft and handling stolen property, criminal breach of trust, cheating, offences under the Road Transport Act, offences pertaining to illegal travel documents and harboring illegal immigrants under the Immigration Act, to name a few. He also conducted and handled many civil cases during this time pertaining to land disputes and attended to appeals before Judge in Chambers and in the Court of Appeal for revision of part or whole of the Judgment, together with senior counsel and attended to applications for leave to appeal in the Federal Court. Mr. Scully has handled various business-related matters such as oppression of minority interest, breach of directors’ duties, shareholders’ dispute, corporate mergers and takeovers and winding-up proceedings. Mr. Scully graduated with LL.B. (Honors) from the University of London in 1991. After completing his Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in 1992, he interned at Messrs. K.K. Chong, Chai & Koo, in Kuala Lumpur and was thereafter admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in January 1994.
Michael William Greenall, 59

Michael William Greenall brings 33 years of experience in numerous asset sectors, with an emphasis on commodities, consumer goods, telecommunications, airlines and packaging as well as banking, hedge funds and latterly, fund management with Hong Kong’s largest listed Asset Management Company, Value Partners Asset Management. Presently, Mr. Greenall advises family offices on investments and trading equity markets since January 2021. Mr. Greenall’s experience in the investment banking industry includes senior roles heading up equity research teams, private banking advisory and hedge funds management within Southeast Asia. From June 2018 to June 2020, Mr. Greenall was appointed managing director, Southeast Asia Business of Value Partners Asset Management Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Value Partners Group to lead the Hong Kong-based money management boutique’s newly opened office in Kuala Lumpur. Value Partners Asset Management Malaysia served as the company’s hub for product development, investment and distribution in Southeast Asia, with a focus on quantitative investment solutions and a new push into Shariah-compliant funds. Mr. Greenall was responsible for leading Value Partner’s business expansion in Southeast Asia and building up sales and marketing activities covering intermediaries, private banks, institutional businesses, as well as investments across the region. He also supervised sales activities at Value Partner’s Singapore office, worked closely with the Hong Kong and China Business teams on cross-border opportunities. Before joining Value Partners Malaysia, he was the Managing Director and Regional Head of Equity Research at CIMB Securities, a subsidiary of Malaysia’s largest investment bank, CIMB Investment Bank from April 2016 to June 2018 where he led a team of 150 people including 70 analysts across nine countries including India, Hong Kong, China, Korea and beyond and managed the Global Corporate Access and Editorial teams there. Before that, from February 2012 to April 2016, he was with BNP Paribas Capital (Malaysia) and BNP Paribas Securities (Singapore) where he headed the Singapore and Malaysia research teams and was the Regional Agribusiness analyst covering companies in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and China. He has also worked at other financial groups including BNP Paribas Peregrine, CIMB Private Banking, Baring Securities, CLSA Securities, Caspian Securities and Phileo Allied Securities from 1999 to 2010. Mr. Greenall graduated from the Agricultural University of Malaysia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness. He is a charter member of the Association of Investment Management and Research (AIMR) and a Chartered Financial Planner (CFP) holder. He is also a committee member of Malaysia’s Chinese Chamber of Commerce’s Digital Economy Committee. He holds the Capital Market Services Representative’s License (CMSRL) for fund management in relation to portfolio management.
Lawrence Liu, 58

Lawrence Liu presently has served as a Director of Galaila International Co. Ltd. in Hong King since 2009, which has decades of experience in the leather and hide industry as experts as leather tanners and buyers of leather for shoes, leather goods, upholstery, automotive seats, finishing plants, etc. Under Mr. Liu’s oversight, Galaila is well connected to major global suppliers in Latin America, Mexico and Europe. Their extensive network in Hong Kong and South China enables Galaila to establish closer ties to the purchasers in China and to work closely with major luxury and mid-range brands of shoes and leather goods, who actively source from the Asian region. Mr. Liu is also CEO and Managing Director of Peregrine Technology Sdn Bhd, Malaysia, since 1995, which operates in digital online product retailing and, since December 2009, has served as CFO for Incavo Co. Ltd. in Hong Kong, a leading international provider of precision interconnected solutions for semiconductors industry. From April 2005 to September 2009, Mr. Liu worked for PSA Hong Kong Ltd., the leading global container terminal operator and headed the Business Development department in China. From April 1998 to March 2005, Mr. Liu worked for top cargo companies on logistics matters around the world after serving in accounting and administrative roles in Hong Kong starting in October 1985. Mr. Liu is a graduate of the Executive Master of Business Administration from Kellogg Graduate School of Management (Northwestern University) in 2000, a 2002 graduate of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) 2001-2002, and a Master of Science in e-Commerce Management from HKUST in 2000. Mr. Liu was admitted in 1989 to the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and to the FCCA in 1994.
Tri Dao Phuc, 41

Tri Dao Phuc is an experienced CEO with expertise and a successful track record in advertising and entertainment industry. Mr. Phuc was the CEO, co-founder and Board member of Yeah1 Group from September 2006 through March 2020, one of Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing multi-channel media conglomerates operating in traditional, digital media and media commerce. Since October 2019, Mr. Phuc has served as the Vice President of the Council of ASEAN Fashion Designers (CAFD), an independent non-profit organization to facilitate ASEAN fashion to remain relevant and designers to thrive in the digital economy. CAFD is the first ever fashion organization to be accredited by the ASEAN Secretariat, which promotes high-quality ASEAN fashion, apparel and ASEAN atelier industry moving forward. CAFD is created to impact the world and to empower its members in taking their vision and ideas, and making them a commercial reality while promoting traditions of good craftsmanship. Yeah1 Group operates more than 20 companies across the value chain spanning operations across the globe with revenue from over 150 countries. Due to Mr. Phuc’s leadership, Yeah1 Group is now working on a trajectory to continue to build its dominance in media and related industries and is aggressively expanding into the region and beyond for our digital ambitions. Yeah1 Group has grown to Thailand, Singapore, France and Taiwan with its digital video and ad publishing business to seize on the Southeast Asian region’s position for explosive trajectory with the growth of purchasing power and digital adoption. Yeah1 Group is now strategically poised to benefit from this impending uptrend and to become an unmatched digital business throughout Southeast Asia over the next few years. Mr. Phuc has also worked extensively in the Southeast Asian region and having started his own startup, Viet’s Top, which is one of Vietnam’s first entertainment and event organizing complex for the creative youth community. Mr. Phuc’s core competencies include sales and marketing, operations, strategic planning, negotiations, entrepreneurship, business development, project management, and general management. Mr. Phuc earned a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Economics in Ho Chi Minh City in June 2004.
