Bo Wu, 56
Chief Executive Officer, Director
As a serial entrepreneur with over twenty-year experience, Mr. Wu has founded five high-tech and Internet ventures which were acquired by other entities with increased value. In 2020, he founded Happy Link Ltd., working on local e-commerce service and has served as the CEO to present. He co-founded Delopen. Org in 2018 and had worked there until September 2020. Delopen. Org is a platform initiated by WuXi AppTec Co. LTD and academia/institutions dedicated to the development and application of DNA encoded library technology during drug discovery. From 2013 to 2019, he co-founded and served as the chief executive officer at MEIAOJU Real Estate Corporation, an internet real estate development company, using AI technologies and Uber’s business model to improve the real estate development efficiency. From 2009 to 2011, Mr. Wu co-founded and served as the chief executive officer at Lashou.com, which was a popular location-based, social commerce platform in China for online-to-offline commerce transactions covering many cities in China and acquired by HuTuSanBao in 2013. Mr. Wu co-founded Richcore Technologies, Inc. in 2013, a leading H.264 hardware encoder/decoder IP core provider in IC industry. Richcore was acquired by Sunplus Technology Co., Ltd., a Taiwan public company in 2005. Mr. Wu co-founded Focus. cn in 1999 and served as its chairman from 1999 to 2004. Focus. cn is one of the leading real estate portal companies in China and was acquired by Sohu.com Ltd. (NASDAQ: SOHU) in 2003. Mr. Wu co-founded Asia B2B Online in 1998, which was initially an ecommerce group inside EnReach (described below) and was spun off in 1998, and served as the chairman of Asia B2B Online from 1998 to 2001. AsiaB2B was acquired by a US company ESS Technology, Inc. in 2001. Mr. Wu co-founded EnReach Technology. Inc., an embedded Internet browser software provider (“EnReach”) in 1997 and served as the chief executive officer from 1997 to 2007. EnReach was listed in HK through a reverse merge by Siberian Mining Group Co. LTD (01142HKEX) in Hong Kong stock exchange in 2008. Mr. Wu has served as the director of China Netcom Technology Holdings Ltd. (SEHK: 8071) since August 2017, which develops and provides technology solutions for lottery services in China. He also has served as the director and manager at Rich Treasure Island LLC since October 2015, a small hotel management company and Realloop d.o.o. since November 2019, a shell company. From July 2019 to June 2021, he served as the director and manager at Forrest IB LTD., providing business consulting services. Mr. Wu received his Bachelor’s degree in Automation in 1988 from Tsinghua University and a Master’s degree in Computer Science in 1992 from Western Michigan University.
Jianyong Zhang, 57
President, Treasurer, Secretary and Director
Mr. Zhang will join us upon the effectiveness of this prospectus as a director. From 2020 to 2021, he served as the partner at Lincoln International, engaged in investment in the energy and technology industry. From 2017 to 2019, he served as a managing director at Silk Road Finance Corporation, working on investment worldwide throughout various industries ranging from infrastructure, utilities to biotech, AI and digitalization as well as block chain and crypto currency. From 2013 to 2016, he served as the managing director at Citi Global Market Asia Limited, concentrating on daily coverage of scaled enterprises in various sectors including power utilities, coal mining, oil and gas exploration and transportation, heavy industrial and large equipment manufacturing. From 2006 to 2012, he served as the managing director at Morgan Stanley Asia Limited, concentrating on client coverage in power utilities companies which includes State Grid Corporation of China, China Southern Grid Corporation and other eight power generators including thermal, nuclear and hydraulic. From 2001 to 2006, he served as the executive director and the head of E&P group at BOC International Group Limited, leading the Energy and Power Group to conduct deal coverage and execution in energy and power sector. From 1997 to 2000, he served as the senior business development manager at National Power Plc., working on new investment opportunities screen and selection in China and other Asian areas. From 1993 to 1997, he served as the head of corporate finance department and secretary to the board at Datang International Power Company Limited, responsible for restructuring, incorporation, financing and IPO process of the company. From 1985 to 1992, he served as the engineer and grid dispatcher at North China Power Group, responsible for monitoring and controlling of north China power grid. Mr. Zhang received his Bachelor’s degree in Electric Engineering in 1985 from North China Power University in China and an MBA degree in 1992 from Keele University in UK.

Mr. Zhuo will join us upon the effectiveness of this prospectus as an independent director. Mr. Zhuo has more than twenty years of experience in finance, accounting, tax and auditing. He has served as the director at Pintec Technology Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: PT) since October 2018, a technology company enabling financial services in China. Since February 2015, he has served as the director at Visdom Investment Ltd., an investment fund in equity market. He has been self-employed as the financial consultant since 2012 to present. From 2011 to 2012, Mr. Zhuo served as the chief financial officer at Beijing Jing-Jin Electric Technologies Co., Ltd. concentrating on electric motor research, development and manufacture. From 2007 to 2011, Mr. Zhuo served as the chief accounting officer at VanceInfo Technologies Inc. engaging in information and software technology. From 2005 to 2006, Mr. Zhuo served as chief financial officer at Pansky Technology Group, an IT system integration service provider. Mr. Zhuo worked in various capacities at Arthur Andersen from 1994 to 2002, PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2002 to 2004, and at Morgan Stanley from 2004 to 2005. Mr. Zhuo is the author of Risk Management Based Audit, Securities Class Action: China Concept Companies and Corporate Governance — China Concept Companies. Mr. Zhuo obtained his Master’s degree in Law in 2007 from the University of Southern California and his Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy in 1994 from the Central University of Finance and Economics in Beijing. Mr. Zhuo is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants and associated member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Zhuo has passed the Chinese bar.
Ke Song, 56
Independent Director Nominee
Mr. Song will join us upon the effectiveness of this prospectus as an independent director. With over twenty years of experience in media and entertainment, Mr. Song is considered one of China’s most influential music industry executives. Mr. Song has launched the careers of some of the most notable names in C-pop music, including Chris Lee and Pu Shu. Mr. Song has served as the director and manager at Beijing Jianlongxiangxing Culture Communication Co., Ltd. since September 2015, organizing arts and cultural exchange activities. He has served as the supervisor at Hangzhou Zhenglong Culture Art Co., Ltd. since November 2017, organizing arts and cultural exchange activities. He has also served as the director at China Netcom Technology Holdings Ltd. (SEHK: 8071) since August 2017. From April 2019 to October 2020, Mr. Song served as the chairman of Live Nation China. From 2015 to 2018, Mr. Song served as the chief executive officer and chairman of Alibaba Music Group, an entity he cofounded with Mr. Xiaosong Gao, one of the most popular composers, songwriters, music producers and directors in China, in partnership with Alibaba Group. From 2012 to 2015, Mr. Song served as the chairman of the board of Evergrande Music, a division of Evergrande Group, China’s second-largest property developer by sales and a publicly traded real estate conglomerate at Hong Kong Stock Exchange (SEHK: 3333). Mr. Song founded TAIHE RYE MUSIC in 2004 and served as the chief executive officer from 2004 to 2012. At TAIHE RYE MUSIC, he launched careers of some of the most notable superstars in C-pop music including Chris Lee, Aduo, and Sha Baoliang and has brought TAIHE RYE MUSIC into one of the biggest domestic record labels in China. From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Song served as the vice executive president and A&R director at Warner Music Group (China). During his tenure, Warner Music Group (China) became one of the top international labels and had signed the strongest roster of top Mandarin-language artists of the international labels. Mr. Song received his Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering in July 1988 from Tsinghua University and a Master’s degree in Finance EMBA in 2018 from Tsinghua University PBC School of Finance. Mr. Song currently sits on several industry associations and committees including, chairman of China Music Association Committee (CMIC), whose members include all the major international and domestic record labels, vice president of China Association of Performing Arts (CAPA)-Vice President, vice president of China Audio & Video Association (CAVA), and vice president of China Audio & Video Copyright Association.
Shitao Xu, 46

Mr. Xu will join us upon the effectiveness of this prospectus as an independent director. Mr. Xu has more than twelve years of experience in investment & risk management with leading financial institutions and fintech companies in European and US markets. Mr. Xu has served as the leader of financial risk oversight & model risk at PayPal Holdings, Inc. from November 2019 to Present. Prior to that, Mr. Xu served as the vice president of asset & wealth management model risk department at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from June 2017 to November 2019. Before joining JPMorgan Chase & Co., Mr. Xu served as the senior economist and capital market model risk at Fannie Mae from March 2015 to June 2017. Prior to that, Mr. Xu served as the portfolio manager of FX Portfolio and head of quant strategy at OCTAVE Investment Management, LLP. from January 2011 to December 2014. Before that, Mr. Xu served as the equity quant strategist of global markets department at Deutsche Bank AG from July 2008 to January 2011. Mr. Xu obtained his Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Fluid Mechanics in 1988 and 2001, respectively, from Tsinghua University. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in Ocean Physics from University of California at Berkeley. He obtained another Master’s degree in Computational Finance from Tepper School of Business of Carnegie Mellon University.
